The development of sports traditional project school is one of the core of the school's competitive sports work,and it is the successful crystallization of the combination of sports and education.With the continuous innovation of the competitive sports personnel training mechanism,the sports traditional project schools are required to continuously transmit new energy to the competitive reserve talent team.It is also necessary to pay attention to the physical fitness of students and take up the important tasks of adolescents1 healthy physique.However,in recent years,along with the continuous improvement of the performance of Chinese athletes in international competitions,the physical quality of Chinese adolescents has declined year by year.The development of sports traditional projects has not been effectively developed.Badminton is an advantage project in the development of primary and secondary schools in Nanjing.Nanjing TianFeigong Primary School and Nanjing No.12 Middle School are the first old schools in Nanjing to carry out badminton traditional projects.Dai Yun,Liu Yong,Sun Jun,Chen Jin and other badminton world champions grew up in the context of the.country's efforts to promote the integration of sports and education and create a sports traditional project school.In order to understand the development level of the badminton curriculum of the five badminton traditional projects,diagnose the existing problems,and reveal the connection between the traditional sports programs and the school sports.This paper adopts the literature research method,field research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,The interview method was conducted to investigate the current situation of the construction of badminton special courses in five sports traditional projects in Nanjing.The content mainly involved three aspects of the work safety of school sports,the current situation of classroom teaching,and the status quo of extracurricular activities.Carry out the successful experience in the badminton course and find the shortcomings in the construction process.On this basis,put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the Nanjing Sports Traditional Project School.The research results show that:(1)The framework of the badminton course construction of the Nanjing Badminton Traditional Project School is basically established,and the characteristics are initially formed.However,most schools still"heavy competition" and "light class",the connection between popularization and improvement is not enough,the content structure of the teaching The arrangement is not reasonable enough and further planning is needed.(2)School physical education teachers are equipped with sufficient age structure,but the professional level of badminton is not high enough to meet the daily badminton classroom teaching.The after-school training mainly guarantees the quality of badminton training through the mode of special teachers' part-time coaches and external coaches.(3)In the organization and management,the school leaders pay more attention to it,but they do not play a good organization management and supervision;the sports system is not perfect,the daily course teaching is not standardized;the teacher's assessment performance is unreasonable,and the teacher's workload and treatment are not proportional.Teacher work efficiency is affected.(4)The funds for the construction of school badminton courses are mainly funded by the administrative department and the sports bureau.The source of funds is single,which can only meet the daily teaching and cannot meet the long-term construction of the school.(5)The school badminton classroom teaching is mainly to cultivate students'sports interest,the teaching content is simple,and the student sports learning evaluation method is single.(6)School extracurricular activities are carried out in various forms and are popular among students.However,the time for the development is insufficient and the students'sports needs cannot be met.(7)The school implements " combination of sports and education" and adheres to both cultural learning and badminton training,effectively alleviating the contradiction between academic training and training,improving the cultural literacy of athletes,and broadening the way out for sports talents.In view of the current situation and existing problems of the Nanjing Badminton Traditional Project School,the article proposes the following improvement measures:(1)Comprehensive planning and optimization of featured projects.(2)Strengthen organizational management and standardize curriculum construction.(3)Strengthen the organic combination of teaching and training,and improve the connotation of the curriculum.(4)Actively organize participation in the competition and attach importance to the influence of sports symbols.(5)Consolidate the consensus of the whole school and highlight the badminton culture.
