Analysis Of Campus Bullying Behaviors And Countermeasures Of Junior High School Girls

With the development of the Internet,more and more events in school bullying have been made public,including the presence of female students,which is quite different from the public's understanding of the gentleness and modesty of female students.Based on the analysis of school bullying's behavior of junior high school girls,this paper summarizes the characteristics of school bullying among girls and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which is conducive to enriching school bullying's theoretical research and providing reference for relevant departments to effectively prevent and control school bullying.This paper studies the behavior of junior high school girl school bullying through interviews,questionnaires and other methods.It believes that junior high school girl school bullying's behavior has the following characteristics: First,junior high school girl school bullying's behavior is hidden.It is determined by the time,place and bullying method used.Second,the school bullying behavior of junior high school girls is group.It is determined by its usual bullying style and female physiological structure.Third,the methods used by school bullying,a junior high school girl,are mostly sexual.According to the above-mentioned characteristics,the relevant reasons are analyzed.It is believed that the legal system is not perfect,the management department is not strict enough in the supervision of video products,the culture of violence against women is excessively publicized,and the aggressive behavior is heroic,which deeply affects girls who lack judgment ability during puberty.At the same time,schools and families do not pay enough attention to the behavior of female students in school bullying,the education of the rule of law is relatively weak,and the way teachers and parents deal with school bullying's behavior is not appropriate enough,so as to fail to effectively prevent and treat female students in school bullying.Effective prevention and treatment of female students' school bullying requires the joint efforts of all parties: the country should perfect the legal system and establish an institutional system for prevention and treatment of school bullying;Schools should perfect the mechanism of preventing school bullying and effectively carry out the work of preventing and controlling school bullying.Parents should improve their family upbringing,combine the ideological reality of junior high school girls,and strengthen the psychological counseling of the bullied.All social parties should work together to promote comprehensive management and create a good social atmosphere for the prevention and control of school bullying.Girls should improve their personal qualities,master the correct methods to deal with school bullying and effectively prevent school bullying.
