Research objective: early education and childcare can benefit children,parents and even the whole society.But the degree of benefit depends on the quality of childcare and education.In order to adjust and control the quality of childcare and education more effectively,it is particularly important to develop an effective evaluation tool for the quality of childcare and education.Chinese evaluation criteria of Kindergarten childcare and education are generally used for supervision or for rating the level of kindergarten by the government department.But,the modern concept of education evaluation emphasizes developmental evaluation andadvocates the diversification of evaluation subjects.Therefore,this study try to set up a quality evaluation index system for kindergarten childcare and education,that can be used by different assessors to help improve the quality of childcare and education.Research method and process: this study established the framework of kindergarten education quality evaluation index system based on the guidance of relevant documents issued by the ministry of education of the People's Republic of China and the education department of hebei province and other provinces,combined reference to the evaluation tools of domestic and foreign kindergartens,evaluation literature of kindergarten education and interview results.Based on the above work,the questionnaire of "importance degree of kindergarten nursery education quality evaluation index"(prediction volume)was compiled.After item analysis,63 items were selected.Through exploratory factor analysis,four first-level indexes of the evaluation index system were obtained.After the reliability and validity test of the reconstructed index system,a formal questionnaire was formed.The exploratory factor analysis was conducted again to extract 10 secondary indicators,and the weight of each index was assigned by AHP.Consolidation theory of practice,determines the?,?,? third-class slopes evaluation standard.Formed out of a possible 100 points of kindergarten childcare and education quality evaluation index system.Subsequently,different evaluators applied the evaluation system formed by this study to two kindergartens of different categories,and the evaluation results were consistent with the consistent evaluation of all circles on the level of kindergarten management,further verifying the effectiveness of the index system.Results and conclusions: the evaluation index system of kindergarten childcare and education quality formed in this study includes 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 63 third-level indicators.After SPSS analysis,the internal reliabilities of the whole system and the first-level index are all high,and the construction validity is good.Through the practice and exploration reached that very close agreement between raters,and the positive validity is good.The kindergarten childcare and education quality evaluation index system constructed in this study is credible and reliable,suitable for the evaluation of kindergarten nursery education quality,and can be a guiding and reference tool for educational administrative departments to supervise kindergarten nursery education work,kindergarten self-evaluation kindergarten nursery education quality,and parents to understand the kindergarten nursery education quality.
