In April 2007,in order to further strengthen the management of preschool education and improve the level and level of preschool education,the education department of J province issued the implementation plan for evaluation of quality kindergartens in J province and the evaluation standard for quality kindergartens in J province,and launched the evaluation work for quality kindergartens in J province.With the increasing demand of the general public for high-quality preschool education,the evaluation standard of provincial high-quality kindergarten is no]onger just a reference system,and the evaluation work affects the development of preschool education.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the study on the existing problems in the evaluation of provincial high-quality kindergartens to improve the conditions of kindergartens,standardize the internal management of kindergartens,improve the level of running kindergartens,and promote the healthy development of preschool education.Based on the analysis of the evaluation of the high quality parks in J province,and consulting relevant experts and relevant theoretical books and literature,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the evaluation of the high quality parks in J province.At the same time,this study is part of the province in different parts of the kindergarten a meticulous investigation,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,to understand the assessment work has many problems,such as heavy"quantity" light "quality","hardware" light "software" and "evaluation" light "utility"and "parameter" light "activity" and "surface" light "essence",etc.These problems lead to the evaluation results do not have credibility and authority,can not put forward feasible rectification measures according to the evaluation results,not to promote the quality of kindergarten.This paper attempts to through the analysis about the present situation of J province high quality garden evaluation work,present problem and the reason analysis and countermeasure thought these four aspects to study,not find out the evaluation of rationality,the root cause of the operability,no efficiency,put forward to evaluate J province high quality garden have valid Suggestions,improve and perfect the work to make the evaluation work of the implementation of the development of a long-term role in promoting the quality of kindergarten.
