Investigation And Research On The Leadership Training Of Secondary Vocational Students

Since the 20 century,80 years of foreign scholars began to focus on leadership education and the cultivation of students,student research leadership of the late start,and focuses on primary and secondary school and college students in educational leadership,leadership of vocational students The lack of attention in strength training is still at an early stage of development.Based on the literature analysis of the leadership education and training of students at home and abroad,this study concludes that leadership is essential for the development of secondary vocational students and is a comprehensive ability of secondary vocational students to cope with challenges and adapt to work.Therefore,the researchers pay close attention to the development of the leadership of secondary vocational students.So,what is the current level of leadership of secondary vocational students?How is the leadership of secondary vocational students cultivated?The researchers carried out specific research with the above questions.First,the researchers used the form of quantitative research to investigate the current situation of the leadership of secondary vocational students.According to the student leadership literature and the characteristics of secondary vocational students,the questionnaire of the leadership of secondary vocational students was compiled.Through statistical analysis,the leadership level of secondary vocational students was at a medium level,and their leadership level and gender,family status and leadership experience.There is a significant relationship with grades,majors,professional courses,and project activities,and there is no significant relationship with the results of cultural courses.Then,the researchers conducted an interview study on the leadership development of secondary vocational students in order to understand the specific situation of the leadership of secondary vocational students.Through interviews with the relevant department leaders,teachers and students of Nanjing XX Vocational School,the author analyzes and compiles five levels of understanding of the necessary understanding,connotation understanding,specific methods,evaluation methods and influencing factors of the leadership of secondary vocational students.There are the following problems in the leadership training of secondary vocational students:the leadership training of secondary vocational students is not well understood;the leadership training system of secondary vocational students is not perfect;the leadership development environment of secondary vocational students is lacking.Finally,the researchers combine the investigation analysis and existing problems,and propose the countermeasures for the leadership development of secondary vocational students:(1)to strengthen the leadership development of secondary vocational students;(2)to establish a leadership training system for secondary vocational students;(3)to create Secondary vocational students' leadership develops the environment.
