With the increasingly fast urbanization process, since eighties more and more migrant workers have gone to big cities. The size of population flowing is expanded and family mobility constantly. The educational problem of their children who flow into cities, especially the compulsory education becomes one of focus problems which society concern about its current situation. Through the parents of migrant workers’ children education exploration, not only can enrich the existing education aid policy, but also guide migrant workers parents participate in children education better.The text regards Zhongshan floating family children as the research object, make some research to two schools, have made a thorough inquiry into the situation. Through grounded theory, we have investigated the schools、teachers、parents and children and distilled these messages into three dimensions including family counseling、parent-adolescent communication and home school cooperation. Then we analyze the relationship between three dimensions and children’s academic achievement with significance test. At last, the text analyses the reasons why migrant workers parents involved in their children’s education is insufficient with questionnaires, including education aid policies ignore supporting migrant workers participation, migrant workers parents’ understanding deviation, the poor school environment and the psychological exclusion of children.Then qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted to study with the perspective of social policy for development and moderate common benefit aid. It analyses the shortage on Education aid policy in promoting the participation of migrant workers parents, such as weakening parents participation right, the lacking adequate financialsupport, ignoring the service assistance and so on. Based on this, we give conclusions:First, Parents’ Participation includes family counseling、parent-adolescent communication and home school cooperation; Second, it founds that family school cooperation belongs to the high level of parental involvement; Third, the relationship between the education aid policy and the parent participation of migrant workers is promoted.
