The education of children of migrant workers is a social issue of concern about the socialcomposition is changed and derived from the rural-urban migration. This paper is on the foundationof the theories of Sociology, Education and Management to visiting, having an informaldiscussion,questionnaire and the other series of investigations for the part of the children ofmigrant workers,parents,school leaders and teachers within the administrative divisions includingthe Gujiao city,Loufan County and Yangqu County of Taiyuan,Shanxi Province. Learn from themore successful experiences of other Chinese cities and other areas to solve the educationalproblems of children of migrant workers. Then engage in the research on education andmanagement of the left-behind children of migrant workers in Taiyuan of Shanxi Province. First ofall, starting from the family education,school education and social education of the left-behindchildren of migrant workers, analysis the status and problems of education. Then, from the twoaspects of external factors and internal factors, specific to the system,the school sector,ruralcommunities and family to analyzing and summarizing the cause of the problems of left-behindchildren of migrant workers. Finally, from the government level,school level,community level andhousehold level were put forward feasible suggestions to improve and solve the education problemof left-behind children of migrant workers.Education of children of migrant workers is bound to exist in a fairly long historical period tohistorical. Children of migrant workers part into the flow of children and left-behind children, inwhich the flow of children's education has largely been resolved. Education and other issues facedby the left-behind children only rely on the development of China's national strength and thesuccessful transformation of social cognition can be resolved. This problem for a long period oftime, it can not be complete solved but only can be alleviated. Left-behind children in education cannot only rely on a number of departments and agencies to solved, it must be by society as awhole(including all levels of government,school,family)for long-term, ongoing coordination ofgovernance to mobilize all forces--the only solution to education for left-behind children of migrantworkers staying.
