General office of the ministry of education put forward to establish a system of diagnosing and improving problems in the school work and form a normalized mechanism for vocational colleges to independently guarantee the quality of talent cultivation in 2015.So,it has become one of the main tasks of higher vocational colleges for a long time to improve the quality of higher vocational education and form a relatively perfect mechanism for vocational colleges to independently guarantee the quality of talent cultivation.Course diagnosis and improvement is one of the most important task of school work diagnosis and improvement.The concept of OBE is a theory that takes the cultivation of people as the starting point.It holds that the quality control of higher education should take students' learning results as the logical starting point and focus,which truly takes students as the center and conforms to the positioning of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper takes the concept of OBE as the theoretical basis to construct the model of vocational course diagnosis reform.This paper takes the concept of OBE as the theoretical basis,using the methods of Interview,literature analysis,case analysis and comparative research to construct the reform model of vocational course diagnosis.First of all,this paper defines the concept of "diagnosis and improvement the problems in the school work ","diagnosis and improvement the course problems ","diagnosis and improvement the problems in the higher vocational courses"and "OBE".Secondly,this paper analyzes Higher vocational courses and its existing problems,the internal requirements of "diagnosis and improvement the problems in the higher vocational courses",as well as the current situation and main problems.And then,this paper analyzes the concept of OBE and its application in the "diagnosis and improvement the problems in the higher vocational courses" as the basis of the pattern.Finally,the OBE concept is applied and innovated to form a "Higher vocational courses diagnosis and improvement" mode from the four aspects of "forming curriculum construction plan","designing curriculum quality control standard","forming curriculum diagnosis and improving operation mechanism" and "forming curriculum diagnosis and improving guarantee measures" and then the course "network construction and application" is taken as a case to analyze.This model can solve the existing problems in the "diagnosis and improvement of higher vocational courses" to some extent and has certain practical significance in diagnosing and improving the higher vocational colleges.
