A Study On The Satisfaction Of Primary School Parents' School

In order to improve the level of parental family education,many regional schools have already to launched parental school activities.With the continuous development of society,how to carry out parental school activities that satisfy parents is an essential concern of current educators.However,many parents are not satisfied with the development of their parents' school.Under the circumstances,researching parents' satisfaction with primary school parents will help us to carry out family education activities more effectively and improve parents' family education ability.This study takes parents from grades 1 to 5 of C primary school in Dalang Town,Dongguan City as respondents.Making use of questionnaires,interviews,and observations to investigate parents' satisfaction with their parents' school,the main analysis was whether parents met their needs and expectations after participating in parent school training,mainly including the degree of subjective satisfaction of parents on the implementation plan,course content,form of activities,teacher force and assessment methods.Applying SPSS17.0 to analyze the acquired data,so as to analyze the impact of parental school satisfaction,and propose countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of parents' classrooms,which can greatly improve the training effect of parents' school.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.This part expounds the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the concept,the related literature review,research ideas and research methods.The second part is mainly to investigate the parents of C primary school participating in the parent school.This section first introduces the overall survey design,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with parents.Then organize and analyze the data.The third part is the analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction of parents in C primary school.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the satisfaction of the parents' school in C primary school: optimize the curriculum design,deepen the course content;improve the supervision and evaluation system,clarify the evaluation system;set up the school family education lecturer group;create external environment support.
