The Study Of "important Others" In The Professional Development Of "prospective Teachers"

Everyone in the process of growing up will encounter other people who have an important influence on themselves,and teachers are no exception.This study conducts research on To-be famous teachers who is an excellent group of teachers to find out significant others in their professional development process in order to provide relevant lessons for other teachers.Therefore,based on the existing research,this study uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the significant others in the different entry stages of the To-be famous teachers,the ways of contact between the two,and the influence of significant others on the To-be famous teachers.This study also uses the interview method to conduct an in-depth study on the influence mechanism of significant others,and explore the characteristics of the types,roles,and influences of significant others,and finally combine the conclusions of the current situation with the analysis results of the impact mechanism to generate a view and its structure of the To-be famous teachers about their significant others in professional development.Firstly,this study introduces the research reasons,research content and research significance,sorts out the relevant documents of significant others and teachers’ significant others,and finds out the shortcomings and gaps of the existing research and forms a research perspective.It also defines the core concepts of significant others and To-be famous teachers.Secondly,it mainly introduces the research object and the research methods adopted in this study,and sorts out the ins and outs of the whole research process.Thirdly,the results show that there are obvious stage characteristics in the types,contact methods and influences of significant others.Moreover,they also exhibit crossover and diversity.Significant others are divided into interactively significant others and idol significant others.Significant others play the role of professional leading,professional acceleration and professional guarantee.The stage characteristics of significant others and their influences are related to the professional development stage of teachers,forming perspectives and their structure of significant others in the professional development of To-be famous teachers.
