With the development of the country and the progress of the society, the issue of equity in higher education has attracted more and more attention.Equity in higher education is very important for every college student, and disabled college students are no exception. At present,Chinese scholars divide the issue of educational equity into three aspects: educational opportunity equity, educational process equity and educational outcome equity. If disabled college students want to achieve educational equity, they must make all three aspects fair.Among them, the educational process is closely related to the quality of higher education for disabled students. Therefore, the fairness of educational process is very important for disabled students receiving higher education. The existing research on the equity of educational process mainly focuses on general higher education, but there are few studies on the equity of disabled people in the process of receiving higher education. This paper takes disabled students who are educated in special higher education schools and disabled students who are educated in ordinary universities as their research objects.Through interviews and data collection,it understands the current situation of disabled students in different education modes in the process of education, and concludes that there are policies and measures for disabled students in the process of receiving higher education.Perfect, imperfect curriculum, backward barrier-free environment construction, and the psychological inferiority of disabled college students. In order to further solve the problem of fairness in the process of receiving higher education for disabled college students, this paper tries to put forward its own opinions from three levels: national level, school level and individual level. At the national level,we should improve the construction of policies and measures, laws and regulations;at the school level,we should strengthen the construction of accessible environment and improve the curriculum;at the individual level,we should establish a positive and optimistic attitude towards life and self-confidence.The aim is to give full play to the disabled college students' right to receive higher education of higher quality and to ensure that their right to receive higher education fairly is respected.
