A school can walk in the forefront of the modern education,the key depends on the quality of education,and teachers as the main body of education teaching activities,the quality of teachers' professional level determines the education quality of teaching.The purpose of education is to develop the primary and intermediate applied and technical talents of the professional basic knowledge and technical skills required for a certain occupation and position in the society.To achieve this goal,teachers need not only have professional theoretical knowledge,but also master relevant professional practice and operation skills.Therefore,it is an important task for the secondary vocational schools to strengthen the "double division" teaching team.With the rapid development of economy,enterprises are gradually increasing demand for skilled talents,the secondary vocational school can cultivate skilled talents to adapt to the social demand,become the key to the development of secondary vocational schools to adapt to the current.Improve teachers' quality,increase the "double type" teachers team construction,efforts to develop the "double division type" talented person,not only relates to the sustainable development of secondary vocational education,and is of great significance to promote the economic development of our country.Based on the literature at home and abroad on the construction of teachers in secondary occupation school related information,and take the Yantai occupation schools "Double Teachers" construction as an example,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,from the overall situation of teachers,teacher training and the "Double Teachers" construction were analyzed that study,a Yantai occupation school teachers in the construction of the main problems are: the "Double Teachers" structure is not reasonable;the "Double Teachers" training is not scientific;"double" incentive system is not perfect;the "Double Teachers" working enthusiasm is not high.Through the analysis of a Yantai occupation school teachers in the construction of the existing problems,causes of problems are in six aspects: the "double teacher" team building failed to pay attention to the introduction of talent;single form;"Double Teachers" qualification is not unified;teacher training mechanism is not perfect;moral consciousness;the lack of scientific incentive mechanism.Through literature,drawing on previous research results,combined with the actual situation of Yantai occupation school,their countermeasures are put forward: establish scientific "Double Teachers" development planning;to speed up the reform of personnel recruitment mechanism;specification of "Double Teachers" qualification and management;creating positive atmosphere ethics;to establish a stable part-time teachers;innovative teacher training;establish incentive evaluation system.Through the analysis of the Yantai occupation school,put forward countermeasures of "Double Teachers" construction,to play a guiding role in the school after the "double" teachers in the process of construction,at the same time for other medium occupation schools "Double Teachers" team construction to have reference significance.
