On the basis of 18 years’ learning experience,the application of mind mapping in physics teaching of junior two is a comprehensive study of the perplexity of education and teaching that I have been confused by.That is to say,the author has experienced mechanical and rigid education mode since childhood,which has been poisoned by rote learning mode for many years.So far,this kind of education phenomenon still occurs frequently in schools.As a physics teacher about to practice,the author uses interview method to get a general understanding of the learning disorders of the eighth grade students from the teachers of the practice school,and consults the literature pertinently.This paper reviews the research of mind mapping in education and teaching through literature research method,and finds that it has a positive role in promoting the transformation of a single teaching mode and the learning mode of reading and memorizing.Moreover,mind mapping has a positive effect on improving people’s divergent thinking ability.Divergent thinking is the core content of creative thinking,which will affect the cultivation of creative talents.In order to relieve the perplexity in my mind for many years,improve the effectiveness of physics teaching,and further promote the cultivation of talents in our country,the author adopted quasi-experimental method to set class 209 as experimental class and class 211 as control class during the period of educational practice.In the experimental class,mind maps are used to teach physics,while in the control class,traditional teaching methods are used.This educational experiment lasts for one semester.Before the experiment,the author used the questionnaire survey method to pre-test the divergent thinking of the subjects;during the experiment,the physical results of the first and second paragraph tests and final examinations will be collected;after the experiment,the author conducted the post-test of the divergent thinking of the subjects again.In addition,in order to understand the attitude of the experimental subjects after a semester of mind map physics teaching,the author investigated the attitude evaluation of the experimental class to mind map at the end of the semester.In the whole process of practice,the author will input the collected physical results and questionnaire survey results into SPSS software to make effective data for relevant statistics,description and testing.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)To a certain extent,the application of mind mapping promotes students’ learning style from passive learning to autonomous,cooperative and inquiry learning,which is of great value to the construction of efficient classroom.(2)Mind mapping can greatly promote students’ divergent thinking,which provides a new way to cultivate students’ divergent thinking ability in physics teaching,and students with higher divergent thinking ability usually have better physics learning ability.(3)Mind mapping promotes the interaction of "teaching" and "learning" and "teaching" and "learning" in physics.Mind mapping can improve the effectiveness of physics teaching.This practical research was carried out in a very limited time,and the results of the research still need to be further supplemented.The author hopes that this research can serve as a bridge for future teaching and research.
