Kindergarten parent resource integration refers to the process in which teachers or kindergartens use certain strategies or methods to summarize and utilize all kinds of information and materials owned by parents.The research on resource integration and curriculum development is of great theoretical and practical significance.Parents are the partners of teachers or kindergartens,and they have an inescapable responsibility for their children's early education.But because the parents is not very comprehensive understanding of the kindergarten or the teacher,is limited to shallow level,lead to home produced in the process of the implementation of various problems and contradictions,in view of this,the parents and kindergarten need to joint efforts together,through the lead parents to update teaching ideas,change the ideological understanding,enhance the enthusiasm of parents to participate in activities,especially parents resources play is to change the thinking.Although kindergarten and family education belong to two different fields of education,they have differences in educational methods and means,but they can achieve complementary advantages at the same time.The concept of family education and educational resources can provide services and support for the education and teaching of kindergartens.From a certain perspective,the concept of kindergarten education can provide professional guidance for family education.Under the current situation,due to the incomplete understanding of parents' resources,teachers only put parents in the secondary position of early childhood education.The concept of teachers is that as long as teachers or kindergartens arrange what parents can do.It is concluded that parents' status in kindergarten education and teaching activities,especially in curriculum development,needs to be improved.On the premise of extensive literature review,this study selected X kindergarten in weifang G district as the research object,and applied literature research method,case study method and investigation research method to investigate and study two different groups of teachers and parents.In addition,some kindergarten principals and teachers were interviewed.Through analysis,this paper attempts to summarize the status quo of parent resource integration in the course development of kindergarten curriculum in weifang G district,reveal the existing problems and deficiencies of parent resource integration in kindergarten,and provide relevant effective Suggestions for parent resource integration.The study found that in the process of curriculum development of kindergarten in weifang G district,the status quo of parent resource integration is generally good,and the coordination degree of home is high.This study reveals the challenges faced by the integration of parent resources in the current curriculum development process of kindergartens,and puts forward feasible Suggestions and measures in response to these challenges,so as to better integrate parent resources in the curriculum development process of kindergartens.
