Research On The Income Issues Of Community Workers In Qingdao City

The construction work of the community needs to be implemented in the social activities of the organization,promotion and practice of community workers.Community workers have a positive role in promoting the coordination of social relations,the prevention and resolution of social problems,the improvement of the level of social management services,and the stability of social order.However,due to the lack of a sound social management system,the labor of these community workers has not received sufficient recognition and corresponding returns,resulting in the loss of outstanding talents in many community work.This paper,through the S area of Qingdao City,Shandong Province,as the research object,launched a survey of the community workers,hopes to obtain the current S through various research and analysis methods such as interviews,interviews,questionnaires,and literature materials.The income of the district full-time staff.This article starts with the income policy and personnel training policy of community workers in Qingdao,Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Taiwan merging with other cities in China.On the one hand,by comparing the income policy and income status of community workers in different areas of the same industry,on the other hand,by comparing the income of community workers in different industries in the same area,it is concluded that the income of community workers in Qingdao is generally low and their occupation is low.The conclusion that the social work profession can not be retained without respect is analyzed to find out the problems faced by the development of community work in Qingdao.In the context of the development of social work in China,the community work in the S district of Qingdao also faces the problem of low income of community workers,large gaps in social workers,and difficulty in recruiting people.It is based on the development of social work in Shenzhen and Hong Kong and Taiwan.On the basis of combining theoretical research with practical activities,give the corresponding improvement suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the deepening and promotion of community work in Qingdao.
