Community workers are building a harmonious community organizers, promoters andpractitioners,It has important advantages in coordinate social relations, prevent and solvesocial problems, improve social management and service levels, maintaining social stabilityhas, give full play to the community in building the important role of a harmonious socialistsociety. With the rapid economic development in Shaanxi, the original social managementsystem is not suitable for urban development, there is an urgent need innovation managementsystem to address the problems of social management as a primary commitment to socialaffairs-community, bear important responsibilities of the community building naturally in animportant role, community workers play an irreplaceable role in urban communities,community workers pay and reward ratio is too large, dedication and rewarded, leading tobrain drain of outstanding community work.Based on the Area neighborhood offices under the jurisdiction of the Community,Yangling, Shaanxi Province, community workers interviews, the integrated use of interviews,questionnaires, observation and literature social survey method in-depth understanding of thecurrent community workers income status: Community Director, full-time staff in thecommunity and community welfare staff positions, to carry out an in-depth analysis of theproblems and causes of this type of group revenue, the study found community workersincome there is the problem:1. lower income, dampen enthusiasm for work. Professionalidentity is unknown, low social recognition.3imperfect social security, the high rate of braindrain.Combined Xi’an community, a social work agency in Guangzhou contrast, in-depthanalysis of regions, industries, jobs gap, the income gap is explained mainly from the region,occupation, industry gap, regional differences in other regions of Shaanxi,a social workagency in Guangzhou compared to analyze the causes, through institutional perspective andlevel of economic development; career gap analysis of the main categories of people from thecommunity; industry gap through a comparative analysis with the construction industry, civilservants, teachers, and other industries. Reason by understanding the problem and try to put forward suggestions for communityworkers in Shaanxi income, mainly from the government level, community and social level,the personal level corresponding countermeasures. At the government level:1. Improve theincentive-related social security policy;2. Clear professional identity of the full-time work inthe community;3. Improve community workers wages, and further intensify the efforts of thegovernment financial input. To create a harmonious working environment at the communitylevel:1. Sentiments;2. Improve the evaluation system;3to step up publicity to createatmosphere;4. Intensify efforts to training community workers to provide a platform for itspromotion. At the individual level:1. Identity professional identity, to establish professionalvalues;2. Improve education, self-learning related knowledge.Through these measures to change the current situation of the community workerswages drop in the bucket, to enhance community workers "inputs and outputs""price", toimprove community workers enthusiasm for work but also for the community, governmentdepartments to provide a practical basis.
