| The number of college graduates in 2021 is expected to reach 9.09 million,which is the highest level of the number of college graduates in China.The difficulty of College Students’ employment has increased greatly,and college students’ employment has gradually become one of the focus issues of the whole society.In this context,it is an effective way to attract college students to return home for employment.Among the returned college students,rural college students have attracted the attention of all walks of life.However,the proportion of urban college students in college students can not be underestimated.Therefore,it is very important to attract urban college students to return home for employment,which has far-reaching practical significance Righteousness.Based on this,this study investigates the return employment intention of urban college students from six target universities in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province,aiming to understand the return employment intention of urban college students,explore the factors influencing the return employment intention of urban college students,deeply analyze the reasons why most urban college students are unwilling to return home for employment,and put forward targeted measures to enhance the return employment intention of urban college students In order to provide reference for urban areas to improve college students’ employment policy or talent attraction policy.This study uses three research methods: literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Firstly,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the urban college students’ willingness to return to work and the factors that affect the willingness of urban college students to return to work.After the statistical summary of the collected data,the SPSS software is used to analyze the data,showing the characteristics of the willingness of local college students to return to work The results of physical examination.Then randomly selected 9 students who participated in the questionnaire survey as the interviewees,and conducted in-depth interviews with these 9 students by using the interview method.According to the survey results of urban college students’ willingness to return to their hometown for employment,this paper analyzes the reasons why urban college students are unwilling to return to their hometown for employment: the government’s policies related to urban college students’return to their hometown for employment are less;the specialty setting of colleges and universities is unreasonable;parents and urban college students themselves are affected by the traditional view There is a deviation in the understanding of returning home for employment.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies from the government,universities,parents and individuals:the government should introduce more policies to encourage urban college students to return home for employment,and increase the publicity of the policies;colleges and universities should optimize the setting of disciplines and majors,and actively guide urban college students to understand the local policies of returning home for employment;parents should change the traditional ways They should maintain a positive attitude towards returning to work and strive to improve their own quality.Finally,the conclusion of this study is summarized,and the shortcomings of this study are analyzed and summarized. |
