With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's income level,more and more people begin to pay attention to their health problems.Sports leisure,the best way to maintain a healthy life and improve the quality of life,has gradually become an indispensable and important part of the lives of the people,especially the middle class in society.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that although China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the growing needs of the people in social,cultural and other aspects still need to be enhanced.With the growing middle class of "the backbone of social development",through understanding the current situation and demand of sports leisure consumption and analyzing the factors affecting its sports leisure consumption,we can provide ideas for the supply side,promote and enhance people's participation in sports leisure activities,and then promote the development of sports leisure industry.Taking the middle class in Shenyang as an example,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study its sports leisure consumption,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The middle class in Shenyang participates in sports leisure activities more men than women;administrative,enterprise and public institutions and staff participate in sports leisure activities better;The best-performing age group is 46-55 years old,and most of them are well-educated.(2)The level of sports leisure consumption in Shenyang is relatively high,and there are differences among different groups of people,but most of them are rational consumption;from the consumption structure,physical sports leisure consumption is the main type,and people pay more attention to the brand and quality of products.(3)Sports leisure motivation of the middle class in Shenyang develops in a pluralistic way.The main consumption motivation is to keep fit,which is related to the mission of strengthening people's physique entrusted to sports by our country.The second is to alleviate pressure and fatigue,which is related to the work pressure and work intensity endured by the middle class.(4)Most people in the middle class of Shenyang like sports tourism.The average frequency of participating in sports tourism is 1-2 times a year.The tourist sites are generally concentrated around Shenyang.In addition,a small number of people will choose to go abroad for sports tourism.In view of the above conclusions,I put forward several suggestions:(1)Government departments should coordinate as a whole,divide the work among different departments,take part in the sports leisure consumption,strengthen the propaganda of sports leisure consumption,and enhance people's awareness of sports leisure consumption.(2)The government and social organizations undertake sports events,arouse people's attention to sports leisure activities,stimulate public enthusiasm for sports leisure activities,and promote the development of ornamental sports leisure consumption.(3)Give full play to the role of social organization,increase social sports instructors,scientifically guide people to participate in sports leisure activities,and develop good sports leisure habits.(4)Establish and improve the market system,innovate sports leisure activities,improve the service level of sports leisure market,control the quality of sports leisure products,and expand sports leisure consumer groups.(5)Make full use of regional advantages to build sports leisure towns with Shenyang's urban characteristics,optimize urban traffic and promote the development of sports tourism.
