As a bridge and link for international exchanges and cooperation in higher education,Chinese-foreign cooperative education has introduced high-quality resources from all over the world to China's education,and its number and scale of running schools are increasing day by day.With the expansion of national and educational openness,the increase of educational exchanges and cooperation among countries along the One Belt And One Road route,and the continuous development of regional economy centered on the airport economic zone,Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has ushered in a good opportunity for development.In the future,how to develop Sino-foreign cooperative education can stand out from the fierce competition and maintain a good momentum of development.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the future development strategy of Sino-foreign cooperative education.As the only Sino-foreign cooperative school with the longest history in Henan province,Sias college is taking shape with distinctive characteristics.Two decades of development have brought Sias college both advantages and disadvantages,as well as opportunities and threats.Sias Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in this paper as the research object,comb reading a large number of references at home and abroad,choose the comparative advantage theory as a foundation for research,understand the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Henan province,Sias of history and the status quo,analysis of west Sias of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools of the external environment,using the SWOT analysis of the internal environment,and through the SWOT matrix is suitable for the Sias college strategy for the future development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,and strategy implementation way and safeguard.This study holds that in the new era,under the new situation,the Sias college in higher education on the road to go more stable,more long-term,the scientific concept of development must be established,a moratorium on the steps of scale expansion,use of the opportunities brought by the external environment,make up for its own short board,respond to a nation's call to take a connotative development strategy.At the same time,it is necessary to provide organizational,institutional,financial,talent and quality guarantee for the smooth implementation of the development strategy from all aspects.The strong state has contributed to the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running the school.Sias college also aims to provide high-quality talents for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and train qualified successors for the socialist cause.
