With the internationalization of higher education to carry out foreign cooperation of internationalization of higher education has become a unique form.However,due to cooperation between the main SFCRS there are differences in educational philosophy,cultural background,resulting in the process of running out in many teaching management issues.Not concerned about the teaching management to solve the problems,it will affect the efficiency and quality of personnel training school cooperative education institution.In order to improve the quality of education SFCRS,teaching management problems in key research must become one of the elements of higher education.Focusing on problems foreign cooperative education teaching management research to help improve the overall quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,enrich the theory of teaching foreign cooperative management for high-quality Chinese-foreign cooperative education institution to provide reference for sustainable development direction.This article is based on concerns about Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions teaching management problems,a Liaoning provincial cooperative education institution as a study subject.Firstly,literature research methods to grasp the development status of foreign cooperative education in our country as a whole,in this study,combined with our teaching management system on the basis of comparative analysis,summarized in the Joint Education and teaching Management particularity.Secondly,according to the thesis developed from teaching lesson plans,teaching program implementation,teaching quality feedback to determine the contents of the three dimensions of departure,then through questionnaires and interviews with a way to manage the Liaoning provincial foreign cooperative education institution of Investigation.Based on the findings of the inquiry found that there are more problems in the management of teaching foreign cooperative educationinstitutions,such as the division of management responsibilities teaching confusion,poor teaching management efficiency,lack of overall planning curriculum,textbook selection unreasonable,teaching quality monitoring system is imperfect,etc.problem.Finally,we propose to optimize the Joint Education and Teaching Management Strategies:1,the formation of integrated teaching management team to ensure the effective management of teaching2,the establishment of a dynamic integrated curriculum,the development of the culture of the times required for personnel3,build a reasonable teachers,improve teaching quality cooperative education institution4,the creation of integrated teaching quality evaluation system,improve the teaching management system innovation.
