Teachers shoulder the important task of training the next generation for the motherland,due to the particularity of their labor and the high pressure of their work,some teachers have negative emotions such as anxiety,depression and irritability to varying degrees,and some teachers even have serious psychological problems.The teachers’ psychological feelings directly affect their individual work enthusiasm and creativity,and affect their individual behavior,and then affect the realization of organizational goals.How to improve the enthusiasm of teachers’ work,the performance of teachers’ work and the organizational performance,we need to analyze the key factors affecting teachers’ psychological feelings,and then guide and improve them in a targeted way,so that teachers can be physically and mentally healthy and happy,and better accomplish the national strategic goal of training all-round socialist builders and successors for the motherland.This paper takes the teachers of the third senior high school in Weishi County as the research object,using the relevant theories of management,through questionnaires and face-to-face communication and other ways to investigate the teachers’ professional well-being of the third senior high school in Weishi County,makes statistical analysis and differential comparative analysis of the factors affecting teachers’ professional well-being and combines Hierarchy of needs theory,Fairness theory,People-oriented management theory and Group dynamics theory,through classifying and sorting out the factors affecting teachers’ professional well-being,and aiming at specific problems,try to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote teachers’ professional well-being in the third senior middle school of Weishi County.At the same time,some of the suggestions have universality,which provides a reference for improving the similar schools to study teachers’ professional well-being.
