Class teacher is the class manager,the soul of the class,as well as the life tutor in the growth of students.Therefore class teacher is a very important job in junior high school education.The sense of well-being in career plays a vital role in the students' healthy growth and all-round development.In other words,only happy class teacher can cultivate happy children.So paying attention to the professional well-being of class teachers and improving their professional well-being is particularly important,and finally benefiting the development of the students and the education cause.This research topic is based on the collection of a large number of information to help understand various situations and various factors with the help of a variety of methods,such as literature research method,questionnaire method,interview method,and so on.In this thesis,the professional well-being of the class teachers of Taizhou S Junior High School is investigated and analyzed,in order to find out the problems as well as effective strategies of improving the professional well-being of the junior high school class teachers in Taizhou City from the relationships between people,social support,career identity,the school system and the realization degree on work.The study shows that nearly half of the class teachers of Taizhou S Junior High School lack professional well-being,as a result of the strained relations between the class teachers and the students with their parents,lack of social respect and support,loss of the sense of self-improvement,defects in the junior high school management and low pay,etc.This essay puts forward the way to improve the professional well-being of junior high school class teachers from five aspects.The class teachers should improve the relationships with the school leaders,the colleagues,the parents and the students.The social support is to get the respect and understanding from the parents and seek work support from family and friends.The class teachers should take an active part in teaching improve themselves.The school leaders must optimize the school system and reinforce their class management.The government can enhance their social status of junior high school class teachers and improve the welfare of junior high school class teachers,reduce the work pressure of the junior high school teachers.
