The countryside is the root of the Chinese nation.Under the background of rural revitalization,rural teachers who are the foundation of rural education have been given new missions.The party and the country attach great importance to the construction of the teaching staff in the new era,and pay attention to the realization of teachers' sense of happiness,achievement and honor.Happy China education also inevitably needs happy teachers.Only when rural teachers obtain professional happiness can the rural teaching staff be stable and promote the revitalization of rural education.Improving the professional well-being of rural teachers is the call of the party and the country,the call of education,and the call of the vast number of rural teachers in the new era.Starting from the group of rural primary school teachers,this study is based on Maslow's needs theory,two-factor theory and human development ecology theory,using literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,Taking rural primary school teachers in Q County,S province as the research object,the existing questionnaire was adapted to form the rural primary school teachers' occupational well-being questionnaire.The current situation and influencing factors of occupational well-being of 281 teachers in 15 rural primary schools were investigated,and individual interviews were further conducted during the investigation process.The main research results are as follows: First,the statistical software SPSS22.0 is used to analyze the current situation of rural primary school teachers' occupational well-being.The results show that the overall occupational well-being level of rural primary school teachers in Q County is slightly above the medium.The occupational happiness is the lowest in three aspects: physical and mental health,income and welfare and social support;occupational well-being has significant differences in demographic variables such as marital status,age,teaching experience,professional title,whether to obtain national teacher qualifications,and the number of class hours;income and welfare,leadership management,student parents Communication,social support,physical and mental health,working environment,and occupational identity have significant positive effects on occupational well-being.Second,through questionnaire analysis and interviews,this paper analyzes the factors that affect rural primary school teachers' occupational well-being from five aspects: teachers themselves,families,schools,government and society.Third,pointed out strategies to improve the professional well-being of rural primary school teachers.In terms of teachers,they should deepen their professional identity,cultivate rural educational feelings,improve their comprehensive quality,and maintain good physical and mental health;in terms of families,improve the family support network and create a good family style;in the school,improve the working environment of teachers,provide a platform for teachers to grow,appropriately reduce the workload of teachers,and improve the management level;in the government,improve the salary of teachers,improve the allocation of teachers in rural schools,and improve the promotion of professional titles Mechanism,in terms of society,to improve the social status of rural teachers and establish reasonable expectations for teachers.
