The early stage of children's growth is a period of remarkable achievements in music education.The correct guidance given to children in this period will have a lifelong impact on children's music learning.The Orffs music education system was founded by Karl Orff(1895-1982),a German composer and educator.In the history of contemporary music education in China,Orffs music education system has also been widely accepted,and has become a more influential foreign music education system.The core of Orffs music education system is the concept of "Elemental Music"education,which holds that the elemental music is the combination of music and action,dance and language,and that people participate as performers."The elemental music is close to the soil,natural,collective,for everyone to learn and experience,suitable for children."The concept of "elemental music"education not only includes the understanding of the basic elements of music,such as scale,rhythm,melody and harmony,but also emphasizes the important role of musical behavior and participation in music education.It has the characteristics of participation,improvisation,element and pluralism.Based on the research of "elemental music" educational concept,this paper analyzes the characteristics of "elemental" music educational concept,and summarizes the embodiment of Orffs "elemental music" educational concept in children's violin.On the basis of this study,combined with children's violin teaching,Orffs "elemental music" education concept is applied in children's violin teaching to carry out teaching practice,summarize and sort out the teaching examples in Violin Teaching practice,and summarize teaching experience.Through this research,the teaching methods of children's violin can be enriched.The open teaching method can be combined with the subjective initiative of children and the play of children's personality in learning to cultivate children's creativity in violin learning and stimulate children's interest in violin learning.The article is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of Orffs music education concept and its "elemental music" education concept.Firstly,it outlines the formation and development process of Orffs music education thought,and grasps the ideological origin of Orffs music education.Secondly,it expounds the definition and concept of "element","elemental music"and "elemental music" education concept,and clarifies the contents of the above three concepts.Finally,it provides theoretical basis for the application of the following three concepts in violin.The second part makes an in-depth study of Orffs "elemental music" education concept,and analyses the characteristics of Orffs"elemental music" education concept in Violin teaching.From four perspectives:participation,improvisation,element and pluralism,it is applied to children's violin teaching,and specific examples of violin teaching adapted to children are enumerated,which stimulates children's interest in learning the piano and improvisational creativity.The third part is the re-understanding of Orffs"elemental music”education concept and the children's violin teaching.Through two perspectives,one is the re-understanding of Orffs"elemental music" education concept,the other is the re-understanding of the "element" concept and violin teaching,deepening the understanding ofthe"elemental music" education concept and violin teaching.
