| The problem of poverty has always been a major obstacle on the road of national development.Since the reform and opening up to now,China has continuously updated the contents and methods of poverty alleviation.The road of poverty alleviation has experienced innovations from "regions" to "individuals",and from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis".By 2020,China will have entered a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and absolute poverty will have been eliminated.A complete victory will be achieved in the battle against poverty.Although the fight against poverty has come to a perfect end,it does not mean the end of the poverty alleviation task.We should continue to pay attention to the remaining poor households and relative poverty.We will monitor the employment stability of those who have lifted themselves out of poverty in real time,and intensify vocational skills training to prevent them from returning to poverty.In view of the poor urban legacy,social work with "win-win" concept and method of the endogenous dynamic excitation and the ability to ascend out of poverty to guide and help,helps to cultivate the urban poor "self-reliance" thinking mode,to master the skills of "living",put an end to Chinese,from the source to achieve real poverty.This paper takes the poor population of N community in Hefei as the research object,adopts literature research method,interview method and participatory observation method to make an in-depth analysis of the causes and current needs of the urban poor population as well as the existing problems and causes of their ability to get rid of poverty,and selects a typical case to implement the intervention of case work after comprehensive consideration.Through in-depth study of the practical process of improving the ability of urban poor people to lift themselves out of poverty,and timely reflection on the effectiveness and deficiencies of the practical process and results,it can be seen that the confidence and ability of poor people to lift themselves out of poverty have been greatly improved,but there are also shortcomings such as single sample and low efficiency.At the same time,social work participation in urban poverty alleviation and urban anti-poverty work are summarized and suggested accordingly.Correcting the wrong cognition of poor people and building up the confidence of poverty alleviation are the key to poverty alleviation,and the improvement of the subjective status of poor people can truly realize the vision of poverty alleviation.It is difficult for social work to get involved in the poverty alleviation work of urban poor people to establish professional relationships and the available resources are relatively scarce.Therefore,the involvement of case work in the improvement of the urban poor’s ability to lift themselves out of poverty needs to establish a relationship of trust as soon as possible,and respect and empathy should be maintained throughout.It is also necessary to constantly improve the capacity of social workers,strengthen the construction of professional social workers in the direction of poverty alleviation and development,so that social work and urban anti-poverty better integrate.At the same time,China’s urban anti-poverty work needs to strengthen the participation of multiple subjects,strengthen the supervision and management of the help work,and improve the anti-poverty mechanism.Case work involvement,in general,able to fully understand the inner world of the poor,helping the poor change false beliefs and cognitive,arouse the power of fighting poverty and confidence,promote helps out of poverty,and the future development of the ability,social work in urban poverty population out of poverty work is not only beneficial to present situation for poor people to escape poverty to achieve long-term development,It also provides reference for China to further solve the problem of relative poverty and improve the mechanism of preventing poverty return. |
