Research On The Growth Path Of Primary School PE Special Post Teachers Under The Background Of "New Curriculum Standard"

The growth of physical education teachers in Heilongjiang province plays an important role in the development of physical education.However,there are still serious problems in the growth of primary school PE teachers in Heilongjiang Province.At present,the number of sports special post teachers is increasing,which directly or indirectly affects China's social progress and economic development.If rural primary schools want to improve the overall teaching quality and teaching level,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of teachers.Primary school physical education special post teachers are an important part of the teacher team,and their overall quality has an impact on the overall level of the development of school teachers.Therefore,the growth of primary school PE teachers is very important.In this paper,questionnaire survey method is the main method,interview method is the auxiliary method,using the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,120 primary school physical education special post teachers in Heilongjiang Province were investigated,and the problems were analyzed.Finally,suggestions on the growth path of primary school physical education special post teachers in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.This study found that there are many problems in the growth of physical education special post teachers in Heilongjiang Province,such as the lack of venues and equipment,the imperfection of school management system,the imperfection of training system and teachers' attitude.The author believes that the implementation of relevant policies and systems by local education bureaus and schools has put rural primary schools in a disadvantageous position.In addition,the management of rural primary schools does not pay enough attention to the subject of physical education,which will also have a negative impact on the growth of primary school physical education special post teachers.In order to better promote the growth of primary school sports special post teachersin Heilongjiang Province,the author believes that there should be many ways to solve the problems in the growth of primary school sports special post teachers.First of all,it is necessary to enhance the internal subject consciousness of the primary school PE special post teachers,improve the attention to self-development,and stimulate the initiative of teachers' growth.At the same time,efforts should be made to optimize the external conditions for the growth of primary school physical education special post teachers.Local schools and relevant departments should organize the improvement of the training frequency and quality of primary school physical education special post teachers,and the government should increase the investment in primary school physical education funds.
