Basic education in less developed areas is an important part of rural education.Teachers are the base of education plan.Teachers are the key to improving the quality of teaching,and effective teacher incentive management is the guarantee of building a high-quality teacher team.This article selects some rural elementary school teachers in underdeveloped areas as the research object.Through questionnaires and interviews,it investigates and analyzes the problems and causes of the present situation of rural elementary school teacher incentives,and proposes countermeasures to provide reference for the development of relevant teacher incentive strategies in order to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of primary school teachers,and then improve their teaching quality.The survey found that the current situation of rural primary school teachers 'motivation in less developed areas has problems such as low pay,social and campus environments where rural teachers need improvement,incomplete training systems,incomplete evaluation systems,and lack of teachers' sense of professional achievement.According to the problems existing in the current situation of teacher motivation,this paper puts forward the following strategies: to improve the salary,respect teachers,create a harmonious social environment and campus environment,improve the teacher training system,build a professional development platform,improve the teacher evaluation system,enhance teachers' teaching ability,and enhance the professional sense of achievement.
