Research On The Demand And Supply Of Sports Services In Elderly Care Institutions In Tangshan

With the aging of the population,the problem of old-age care has become one of the social problems that need to be solved in China.An old-age care institution that integrates old-age care,nursing,medical care and entertainment will become the old-age choice for many elderly people.Physical activity not only enhances physical fitness and prevents diseases,but also cultivates self-cultivation and cultivates sentiment,so as to achieve the purpose of pleasing the body and mind,and healthy and longevity.This study investigates the existing problems in the demand and supply of sports services for the aged care institutions in Tangshan City.Based on this,it further explores the relationship between the demand and supply of sports services,and provides a basis for the government to improve the sports service supply policy for the aged care institutions.This research adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey method,literature data method,interview method,Delphi method,etc.,taking Tangshan City elderly care institution sports service as the research object,investigating and researching Tangshan City elderly care institution sports service demand and supply status,and summarizing Tangshan The following problems exist in the city's pension institutions:(1)Diversified sports services for the elderly.Dissatisfied with the content of various sports services provided by the elderly institutions,among which sports facilities,fitness monitoring services,and sports information have a high degree of demand;(2)The provision of sports services for elderly institutions lacks targeted and rigid supply models.Mainly reflected in:the number of sports facilities and equipment is small,the equipment is aging,the type is single,the sports information is low,the frequency of sports activities is low,the elderly lack professional sports guidance,and the sports coaching rate is low;(3)the supply and demand of sports services in elderly institutions balance.The government and pension institutions do not pay much attention to the supply of sports services,and the government is too subjective in the supply of sports services in pension institutions.At the same time,issues such as the late start of sports and fitness services for elderly care institutions and weak foundations are also important reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand.In response to the above problems,combined with the current status of supply and demand of sports services in the elderly care institutions in Tangshan City,the following improvement strategies are proposed:(1)Based on the needs of the elderly,improving and improving sports facilities,and providing better sports facilities services for the elderly;(2)The government should Increase investment in sports services for the elderly and make sure that sports funds are used appropriately.Improve related laws and regulations to supervise and administer,optimize the sports service structure of the elderly institutions,and improve the satisfaction of the elderly sports services;(3)Establish a sound policy and institutional system to improve the match between the demand and supply of sports services in the elderly institutions.(4)Promote the government to purchase sports services for social forces and accelerate the pace of purchase.On the basis of conducting a sports service needs assessment of an aged care institution,the content of sports services to be purchased is determined.(5)Establish a diversified sports service supply system.Full and reasonable allocation of resources to encourage enterprises and institutions and individuals to actively participate in the construction of sports facilities in old-age institutions.(6)Vigorously develop social organizations to participate in the construction of sports services for elderly care institutions,and promote social forces to become the"protagonists" of the development of elderly care services.
