Study On The Localization And Suitability Of The Thai Chinese Textbook "Everyday Chinese"

The research and development of national textbooks is an important task and main trend in the construction of TCFL textbooks.Localization compilation is the basic requirement for the research and development of national textbooks,and suitability is an important standard for evaluating the localization compilation of textbooks.The series of textbooks of "Tiantian Chinese" jointly compiled by China and Thailand is a national textbook developed for Thailand middle school.This paper analyzes the localization of the textbook in Thailand and the suitability of the textbook in Thailand middle school by the way of investigation,analysis and investigation.Based on the analysis perspective of localization,this paper investigates the localization of "Tiantian Chinese" textbook in pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar,Chinese characters,texts,after-school exercises,etc.and investigates the satisfaction of the teachers and students of Longcheng school in Thailand.Through the questionnaire survey,students' acceptance of the textbook is known,and local teachers,public teachers and volunteer teachers are obtained through interviews Teachers' recognition of the textbook,and then make an evaluation of the localization and suitability of the textbook.The research of this paper shows that Tiantian Chinese series textbooks embody the principle of "Three Closeness" in the compilation of localization,which is highly recognized among Thai teachers and students,and is a set of successful national textbooks.
