Since the release of "Chinese Students’ Develop Core Literacy",it had linked the macro education concepts,education goals and specific teaching practices to the national curriculum standard revision,curriculum construction and evaluation system from different aspects in the past three years.And then the meaning and goals of the core literacy of Information Technology discipline were becoming more and more clear,it’s required to strengthen students’ information consciousness,to inspire their computational mind,to cultivate their digital le arning ability and innovation ability,to give them a sense of social responsibility based on their performance.However,our current teaching is facing the problems that a lot of uniformity and great basic learning gap between students and fixed evaluation system are not match the growing needs of personalized learning.Based on the student-centered teaching concepts,this study respected the individual differences of students,emphasized that junior high school information technology courses should focus on training students’practical skills and comprehensive problem-solving skills,hoped that each student can learn on the basis of their own scientific knowledge and life experience during this process to enhance their learning motivation,to get closer to their zone of proximal development.Therefore,the stratified teaching based on portfolio assessment was proposed.Stratified teaching is teaching students differently according to their ability differences and personal qualities.Portfolio assessment is a collection of students’ course records,learning outcomes and works to feedback and regulate teaching process for improve students’ participation and performance effectively.This study used literature research method,questionnaire survey method,education observation method,interview method and education experiment method to summarize and analyze real teaching problems based on previous researches and sort out related theories.And then the stratified teaching model based on portfolio assessment was proposed,of course,the teaching practice was carried out in the experimental class.During this process,after analyzing the characteristics of students,the Felder-Soloman Index of Learning Styles was used for layering at first.In the first stage,our students were divided into the active layer and the reflective layer to formed 4 groups that they were heterogeneous within same group and were homogeneous between different groups.We adopted corresponding teaching strategies from different aspects like teaching goals,teaching methods,assignments and evaluation standards.After the periodic inspection,it’s found that this model can achieve good teaching results,but it doesn’t help students get the best grades,so we started the second stage that based on the results and data of the first stage.In this stage,data mining was performed on the students’ portfolio,and a three-dimensional index classification model was generated.Our students were divided into the basic layer,the developmental layer and extended layer to formed 4 groups that were same as before.From the results,this teaching model can help students master basic knowledge and develop their personal characteristics effectively,our students submitted creative assignments.Also,it’s loved by them.It had achieved good evaluation and effect since students’ favorite works were picked for online exhibition at last.
