1 objective:In order to verify the relationship between abnormal blood lipid content and frozen shoulder, this study compared the serum total cholesterol content, triglyceride content,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content of healthy test subjects and frozen shoulder patients,to analyze whether there is a difference in serum lipid content between healthy test subjects and frozen shoulder patients;exercise interventions can not only effectively relieve pain but also restore lost range of motion in patients. Therefore,in this study, the scapular exercise + glenohumeral joint exercise intervention mode was adopted to observe the pain relief and recovery of shoulder range of motion in patients with frozen shoulder and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia patients.2 methods:A total of 314 healthy test subjects and 291 frozen shoulder patients were selected.Testing their blood lipid content(total serum cholesterol content, triglyceride content, high density lipoprotein cholesterol content and low density lipoprotein cholesterol content),the test results are used to analyze whether there is a difference in blood lipid content between healthy test subjects and frozen shoulder patients. To evaluate the effect of exercise intervention on patients with frozen shoulder, thirty frozen shoulder patients who met the experimental requirements were selected and divided into frozen shoulder group and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia group according to the experimental requirements.Exercise intervention in frozen shoulder group and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia group for 8 weeks,7 times a week. The VAS score and shoulder range of motion were evaluated before exercise intervention,2 weeks after exercise intervention and 8 weeks after exercise intervention. The experimental data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(X ± SD),and independent sample T test was used to analyze whether there was a difference in blood lipid content between healthy test subjects and frozen shoulder patients, and the differences between VAS scores and shoulder range of motion between frozen shoulder group and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia group before and after exercise intervention. The difference of VAS scores and shoulder range of motion of frozen shoulder patients and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia patients before and after exercise intervention were compared by One-way repeated measures analysis of variance. The significance level was P <0.05.3 results:3.1 Compared with the healthy subjects, the serum total cholesterol content of frozen shoulder patients showed a significant increase(P <0.001),triglyceride content increased significantly(P<0.05),the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly(P <0.01).3.2 Compared with before exercise intervention, after 2 and 8 weeks of exercise intervention, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.001).After 2 weeks of exercise intervention, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the frozen shoulder group and the frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia group;after 8 weeks of exercise intervention, the VAS score of the frozen shoulder group was significantly improved compared with the frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia group(P < 0.05).3.3 Compared with before exercise intervention, after 2 and 8 weeks of exercise intervention, the shoulder flexion, extension, abduction, internal rotation and external rotation of the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.001);the shoulder flexion and abduction in frozen shoulder group was significantly improved compared with that frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the shoulder extension, internal rotation and external rotation between the two groups.4 Conclusion:4.1 The contents of total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in frozen shoulder patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects.4.2 Exercise intervention can obviously improve the pain degree of patients with frozen shoulder and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia patients, and reduce the pain of patients;4.3 Exercise intervention can effectively increase the shoulder flexion, extension, abduction, internal rotation and external rotation of patients with frozen shoulder and frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia patients;4.4 The intervention effect of shoulder flexion and abduction in patients with frozen shoulder is better than that frozen shoulder with hyperlipidemia patients.
