Discipline is the basic element of University,and discipline construction is the core of university construction.Based on the discipline's own development law and the needs of social development,modern disciplines are constantly integrated while they are differentiated,and the trend of integration is more obvious.Interdisciplinary integration has become the trend of discipline construction and development.Interdisciplinary has attracted more and more attention.In order to enhance the competitiveness,colleges and universities also pay more and more attention to interdisciplinary construction.Taking "interdisciplinary" as the research object and the educational technology discipline of a local university as a case,this paper studies the process and content of the construction of interdisciplinary in local universities by using SWOT analysis,analyzes the existing problems in the construction of interdisciplinary,puts forward the development countermeasures of the construction of interdisciplinary in Local Universities,and analyzes its development prospects.This study is divided into four parts.The first part,the introduction part,from the national,social and university level,introduces the reasons and research significance of the topic,defines the concepts of interdisciplinary,educational technology,interdisciplinary construction,and differentiates the related concepts of interdisciplinary.This paper makes a summary review of the interdisciplinary construction from two fields at home and abroad,and puts forward the research objectives and methods.The second part demonstrates that educational technology is an interdisciplinary subject through the description of its development and characteristics,as well as the introduction of its construction and development.This paper briefly introduces the SWOT analysis method,analyzes the feasibility of SWOT analysis method in this study,and provides the theoretical basis for this study.In the third part,the author chooses the subject of educational technology in a university as a case study,makes an investigation and Research on it by means of interview,and makes a SWOT analysis on the subject of educational technology in a university,and describes the construction and development of the subject of educational technology in the University from four aspects: advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.The advantages are mainly reflected in the school characteristics and stable enrollment scale;the disadvantages are mainly reflected in the lack of depth of discipline research,relatively high requirements for discipline construction,and internal discordance of disciplines;the opportunities are mainly analyzed from the support provided by the state and the school;the challenges are mainly analyzed in terms of low social recognition,the lack of traditional institutions and models of colleges and universities Lack of resources sharing and funding.In the fourth part,according to the SWOT analysis of educational technology in this university,the corresponding solutions are put forward from the three aspects of interdisciplinary internal,local universities and external environment.The disciplinary countermeasures are mainly to adhere to the deep integration of disciplines,promote the connotative development of interdisciplinary;to continue research and innovation,to provide new vitality for the construction of interdisciplinary;to clarify the disciplinary positioning of interdisciplinary.The school's countermeasures are to reasonably allocate the resources of interdisciplinary construction,to create a good environment for discipline construction,to improve the teaching staff,and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents.The external countermeasures are innovation of interdisciplinary research funding system,innovation of interdisciplinary platform management mechanism,innovation of teacher appointment evaluation system.In addition,this paper puts forward the prospect of interdisciplinary construction in local colleges and universities from four aspects: problem-solving oriented,characteristic oriented,previous oriented and sustainable development oriented.
