The professional quality of history teachers is an important factor to improve the quality of history teaching.As an indispensable part of high school history teaching,the improvement of the quality of the teaching of high school history can not be separated from the improvement of the professional quality of high school history teachers in world history.The professional quality of world history of high school history teachers refers to the professional concept of teachers with accurate positioning of the value of world history teaching,master the characteristics of the study characteristics of the world history study of high school students and the professional knowledge of the past and present,and have the professional ability to successfully complete the teaching tasks of world history and achieve the goal of educating people.The promotion of the professional quality of the history of high school history is the inherent requirement of teacher's specialization,and also the inevitable requirement of the implementation of the new "History Curriculum Standard".From the reality,the use of the new version of high school history teaching materials,the more complex world history teaching,and the existence of dual non-teachers,and so on,to promote the high school history teachers need to improve the literacy.According to the questionnaire survey,in the teaching of world history in high school,there are the following problems of the professional quality of history teachers in the world history: First,the teacher's function and value of "world history" teaching are not clear enough;In order to solve the above problems,the professional quality of high school history teachers should be improved from the following aspects.In terms of professional concept,teachers should overcome the inertia of thought,study the new curriculum standard of the new requirements of the teaching of world history,keep up with the pace of teaching reform,and combine their own world history teaching practice,accurately establish the professional concept of world history.In terms of professional knowledge,teachers should clarify the importance of learning analysis,and through multiple channels to obtain and analyze more detailed information,based on textbook knowledge,the use of other teaching materials,solidified and expand the teacher's own world history expertise.In terms of professional ability,the daily teaching of teachers should be related to theory and practice,and consciously carry out the reflection and research of world history teaching,and promote the training activities of teachers before and after their posts,and jointly promote the improvement of teachers' professional ability in world history.The teacher's world history professional quality is closely related to the quality of world history teaching in high school,and even more will be related to the future of the motherland.The combination of updating the world history professional concept of history teachers,strengthening teachers' world history expertise and improving teachers' world history professional ability will not only help to ease the problems related to teachers' professional quality in the teaching of world history in high school,but also help to improve the quality of world history teaching in high school.
