Since the end of the 20 th century,the study of happiness has begun to penetrate into the field of education.Many scholars and experts pay attention to teachers' professional life from different perspectives such as psychology and pedagogy.Rural PE teachers are one of the most special groups in the teaching team.However,under the restrictions of various aspects,the rural PE teachers bear a great deal of pressure.The living conditions of rural physical education teachers are directly related to the development of rural physical education and the physical and mental health of rural children.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method were used to investigate and study the status quo of professional happiness of rural physical education teachers in Sishui County,Shandong Province.Combing the domestic and foreign related research on the rural physical education teachers in the system,on the basis of using distributed the rural PE teachers' professional happiness questionnaire and individual interview,sums up the sushui county rural sports teachers' current professional happiness,his professional well-being main source and the factors that influence its professional happiness increase of rural PE teachers are analyzed and put forward the tactics of promoting happiness.The results show that:1.Professional happiness of rural physical education teachers in surabaya county is mostly at the average or low level.In the five dimensions,the scores are in order of job security,love and belonging,social status,value realization,and material security.2.There are significant differences in the happiness of rural PE teachers with different teaching years,ages and professional titles in surabaya county.Rural PE teachers with different educational backgrounds only have significant differences in material conditions,while there are no significant differences in the happiness of the other four dimensions.3.The factors influencing the occupational happiness of rural PE teachers include government and social factors,school management factors and their own factors.The government and social factors have negative effects on the material conditions and social status.School management factors mainly have negative effects on material conditions and value realization.Self-factors are mainly positive in the dimensions of job security,love and belonging.4.The promotion of occupational happiness of rural PE teachers should: strengthen policy preference and camp social atmosphere;Improve the level of management and create a fair mechanism;Strengthen personal cultivation,pay attention to the ability to improve.
