The 20th congress of the party proposed to "promote the all-round development of mass sports and competitive sports and speed up the construction of sports powerhouses’ ’.Youth sports is the basic of mass sports and competitive sports.School is the main place to train young people in sports skills.Therefore,school sports is the key to the full development of mass sports and competitive sports.Physical education teachers are the main force in the development of physical education in schools.Physical education teachers are also a special group in the teaching team.Taking xian tao primary school physical education teachers as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of their professional happiness,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the professional happiness of xian tao primary school physical education teachers.This paper investigates the professional happiness of 94 primary school physical education teachers in xian tao city,hubei province by means of a questionnaire.The data collected were analysed using mathematical statistical methods and the following conclusions were reached:The professional happiness of physical education teachers in Xiantao Primary School is in the middle level.According to the analysis of the general situation of the professional happiness of physical education teachers in Xiantao City,the average of the total professional happiness was 2.87 < 3(general happiness: average score = 3).Therefore,it can be concluded that the professional happiness of physical education teachers in Xiantao primary school is at a medium level.There are differences in self-development space,physical health status,teachers’ professional identity,self-worth realization,class pressure,work environment,school management,salary and self-worth realization.Among them,physical education teachers in xiantao city primary school are generally happy in terms of self-development space,physical health status,teachers’ professional identity,while in terms of salary,school management system,work environment,class pressure,self-worth realization,happiness is lower than general happiness.3,Xiantao City primary school physical education teachers professional well-being in different gender,age,marital status,teaching age,title,academic qualifications,the number of hours there are differences.Male teachers had higher professional happiness than female teachers,older physical education teachers had higher professional happiness than younger physical education teachers,unmarried teachers had higher professional happiness than married teachers,teachers with higher teaching age had higher professional happiness,higher physical education teachers with higher professional titles had higher professional happiness than those with lower professional titles,and teachers with lower professional qualifications had higher professional happiness than higher physical education teachers.4,the main factors affecting the professional happiness of physical education teachers in xiantao city are: pay and pay mismatch,poor teaching environment,unreasonable evaluation system,and lack of leadership attention.The main factors influencing the professional happiness of physical education teachers in xiantao city are:common progress of teachers and students,high welfare benefits,good working environment,harmonious interpersonal relationship,and love of physical education teacher profession.In order to achieve a high level of professional happiness of physical education teachers in Xiantao City,this thesis mainly proposes countermeasures from three aspects: government,school and individual teachers.1.The government: improve the PE teachers’ incentive policy,such as tilting the title index to teachers at the grass-roots level,and strengthen the positive motivation.We will strengthen vocational training for physical education teachers,improve the professional quality of physical education teachers and realize the sustainable development of the talent pool.Create a good working environment,let teachers go,stay,teach well,improve teacher satisfaction.2.The school aspect: strengthens the school leadership to attach importance to the physical education work,establishes the reasonable teacher appraisal system.Reasonable distribution of workload for physical education teachers to reduce work pressure.Adjusting the school management mechanism and implementing a flexible commuting system for physical education teachers.3.For teachers: Teachers should establish lofty ideals and beliefs,do a good job of professional planning,improve their professional quality,establish good interpersonal relations and improve their personal happiness.
