With the increasingly fierce problem of marine rights and development,vigorous development of marine education has become a common consensus of the international community.Strengthening marine education at the stage of basic education to help students establish a correct concept of the ocean is an urgent need to develop Chinese marine business and education.At present,Chinese marine education has not yet formed a fixed curriculum system,mainly relying on relevant disciplines in an infiltration way.The geography subject provides a good knowledge base for the implementation of marine education.The value of marine education in geography subject needly to be base on certain curriculum resources.The method of development and utilization of curriculum resources is directly related to the effect of geographic marine education,so it is necessary to study the development and utilization of high school marine education curriculum resources in geography.This article revolves around the core concepts of geographic marine education and geography curriculum resources,based on situational learning theory,humanistic learning theory,and constructivist learning theory.Through the literature research method to sort out the domestic and foreign research,use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the application of high school geographic marine education curriculum resources in Rizhao.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The implementation of high school geographic marine education requires the reasonable development and utilization of curriculum resources.But affected by students,teachers,schools and social factors,there are currently limitations on the development and utilization principal part?purpose and scope of relevant curriculum resources.(2)The development and utilization of high school geographic marine education curriculum resources should be based on curriculum criterion,geographic textbook,student's learning needs and teaching condition,follow the principles of subjectivity and practicality,openness and appropriateness,locality and globality,geography and theme,and follow a certain process.(3)High school geographic marine education should focus on the development and utilization of geography textbook resources,digital resources,practical resources and human resources.Assist the teaching of geography and marine knowledge with the help of diversified curriculum resources and diversified utilization of curriculum resources.The development and utilization of marine education curriculum resources is inline with the development of the international situation and the needs of China's national conditions.It is also the requirement of the new curriculum reform for geography teaching.It is believed that with the development of marine economy and geography education,the development and utilization of curriculum resources for high school geographic marine education will have greater research value.
