Oral communication is a kind of application of language and words,and it is an important part of interpersonal communication.With the development of human society and culture,oral communication ability has become a necessary basic ability for every member to adapt the society,at the same time,the primary school is still in the key stage of oral development,so the oral communication ability of primary school students has increasingly attracted widespread attention,and more attention has been paid to the teaching of oral communication.It has great significance to strengthen the cultivation of oral communication application of studying in rural primary schools,and Schools should pay attention to training of oral communication ability in the lower grades of primary schools should pay special attention to the junior oral communication training.Since 2001,with the reform of our country elementary education curriculum,it emphasized to improve the quality of oral communication teaching and the ability of students' oral communication.Oral communication teaching is a kind of teaching in which teachers according to the requirements of teaching tasks and choosing the oral communication methods according to interpreting teaching situations and teaching objectives.It uses different teaching methods to help students learn to listen,express,communicate and communicate,and cultivates students' wisdom of social communication and forms good interpersonal communication skills and habits.For the lower grades,great teaching of oral communication can improve their language skills,promote the development of language ability,and enhance the interaction and emotional communication between students.However,due to the influence of exam-oriented education and traditional Chinese education concept,oral communication teaching has not been paid enough attention by parents and school in China,the primary school is the key stage of the development of oral communication competence,so teaching oral communication in this stage is has great significance for the development of students' oral communication competence.Studies have found that the teaching of oral communication is not optimistic in the early years of primary school.At present,there are few researches on oral communication teaching,and there are not many excellent classroom cases of oral communication teaching in the early years of primary school.Based on the above considerations,based on the systematic review of existing literature,the author used a combination of theoretical research and investigation and practice to investigate the current situation of cultivating students'oral communication ability in several local primary schools,and analyzes learning situation of students' oral communication and the problems in the teachers' oral communication teaching,then combined with the case interview to find out the cause of the problem,and through practical research to propose solutions.Through the study,the author found that the oral communication ability of local primary school students needs to be improved.In many schools,oral communication teaching has shortcomings,for example,teachers do not have enough knowledge,so can't correctly understand oral communication teaching.Or just rely on the textbook in class,unable to expand.There are also some teachers,did not carry out scenario design,and unable to make overall consideration in the classroom.Finally,some students have language barriers,which also leads to a decrease in the participation of oral communication courses.Based on the actual situation of cultivating students'oral communication ability in local primary schools,the author puts forward several strategies.The author combines the causes of the problem,according to cultivate oral communication ability of the actual situation of the local primary school students,several strategies are proposed.Improving the theoretical literacy of teachers,and designing more diversified oral communication topics and classroom situations,then exploring course resources of oral communication and implementing oral communication teaching evaluation.This study hopes these strategies can provide theoretical and practical basis for oral communication teaching in primary schools,and further promote the development of students' oral expression ability and interpersonal communication ability.
