With the development of the new curriculum reform and the comprehensive implementation of the textbooks compiled by the department,the teaching of oral communication and the cultivation of students' oral communication ability have been paid more and more attention by experts and teachers.Oral communication ability is divided into three aspects: expression,listening and coping.In the process of oral communication teaching,teachers should put the cultivation of students' oral communication ability into the classroom implementation,and try to promote the comprehensive improvement of "speaking,reading and writing" ability through "listening" training.Cultivating students' listening ability can promote the development of students' personal teaching and teacher-student relationship.However,in the reality of teaching,most teachers ignore "listening",which is not conducive to the development of students and teaching.Based on the curriculum standards and textbooks,aiming at the needs of the students at the lower level,this paper studies the teaching strategies of cultivating students' listening ability in oral communication class.Based on the previous research and analysis of scholars,this paper summarizes the connotation,characteristics and composition of students' listening ability,emphasizes the value of cultivating students' listening ability by using oral communication class in primary school and concludes the way of cultivating students' listening ability by using oral communication class in primary school.Through classroom observation and interview,we can understand the current situation of listening ability of primary school students in oral communication class and the current situation of teachers using oral communication class to cultivate students' listening ability,and analyze the reasons.Through the analysis,there are mainly the following problems in the listening ability of primary school students at the lower level: lacking concentration and listening skills;listening performance of male and female students significantly different;having different listening states for different parties.Through interviews with teachers,we understand how teachers use oral communication classes to cultivate students' listening ability,it is found that some teachers have such problems as training students' listening ability cognitive bias,inaccurate teaching goal setting,single teaching method and simple teaching evaluation..From the two aspects of teachers and students summed up the reasons for the low level of listening ability of primary school students.Students mainly because of the low level of students attention,and students have low comprehension;on the part of teachers,it is because of teachers' cognitive errors that they do not listen to students carefully.The teaching goal of teacher listening is not accurate,so that students can not find the listening goal;Teachers simple evaluation,let students lose interest in listening;The lack of training of students' listening ability in teaching makes students not clear about the way of listening;The teacher's failure to demonstrate made the students unwilling to listen.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward some teaching strategies to cultivate students' listening ability in oral communication class.First,highlight the core teaching objectives,one lesson and one lesson.In the process of oral communication teaching,teachers should make clear the teaching objectives and guide students to learn to listen to questions.Second,create a good teaching situation to stimulate interest.According to the learning characteristics of the children in the lower period,the students' emotions can be effectively aroused by vivid and realistic communicative situations,which can attract their attention and stimulate their interest in listening.Third,enrich classroom teaching activities,serious training.Teachers should design different forms of practice according to the specific communicative objectives,such as speaking,asking,commenting,introductions,telling stories,acting,tour guides,selling,asking questions,explaining,and so on.Fourth,use multiple assessments to motivate listening.Teachers,students and parents evaluate students from various aspects such as behaviors,emotions,languages and expressions,so that students are full of confidence and willing to listen.Fifth,promote listening to development by demonstrating model.In the process of classroom teaching,teachers need to pay attention to the students,in turn,students will pay attention to their own listening,with their own words and deeds to influence students,and encourage students to listen.
