Cuba(China University Basketball League),established in 1997 and 1998,is a basketball league between colleges and universities sponsored by China University Sports Association. Its purpose is to "develop college basketball and train basketball talents".NCAA is the real high-level transport Library of NBA players, and the most perfect college basketball league in the world. Many countries' College leagues are learning its operation mode and cultivating students. In contrast, our country pays more attention to the students' sports achievements, and takes up much more time, human and financial resources than education.Sports and education are in a separate state. The high-level college athletes trained by Cuba University seldom can enter a higher level of professional competition,at the same time,in the aspect of cultural learning, college athletes can not reach the graduation standard of a qualified college student. In view of the above phenomenon, this paper attempts to compare and analyze the management mode of the Chinese and American College Basketball League players, and use the research methods such as literature, comparative analysis, expert interview to better understand and study the advantages of CUBA League itself. The main conclusions are as follows:1.There is no unified standard for colleges and universities to recruit high-level athletes in China, and the autonomy of each school is very large. And there is no relevant recruitment supervision and management institutions, and the level of recruitment policy is uneven. The United States has a unified national standard in the recruitment of college athletes. It has set up a special supervision organization, and the schools also supervise each other, which fully guarantees the students' source and lays a good foundation for the future development of the league.2.In terms of training, there is a certain amount of training, but the intensity is difficult to guarantee, and systematic training is not enough. The training is basically completed by the coach alone. There is no relevant physical trainer, nutritionist, medical insurance, and the scientific level is not high.American college athletes basically aim to enter the NBA,with clear training motivation, strong desire for training, and great training intensity. With a scientific and perfect coach team,we can fully support the scientific system of training and logistics services.3.In terms of cultural learning,China's universities have no unified requirements, and their autonomy is also very large. They do not have high requirements for the graduation of College Students' athletes.Even in some schools, the cultural achievements of College Students' athletes can be supplemented by sports achievements, and Cuba has no relevant supervision and managementorganization. In contrast,NCAA in the United States has a rigid requirement for college athletes.First, they must be trained to be qualified college students, and then they are athletes.4.In the past 20 years,CUBA League has only provided more than a dozen college students' athletes for the professional league. Most college students' athletes do not adapt to the high-intensity professional competition. It can be said that college students' athletes can not meet the needs of the professional league.NCAA in the United States provides more than 80% of the college athletes for NBA every year, which is the talent pool of NBA.The college athletes who are trained show high adaptability and competitive ability after entering the professional league.
