In the new era, people's living standards have been greatly improved, which has brought about a variety of health problems, among which obesity is one of the serious problems.Obesity can cause a variety of metabolic diseases, causing significant harm to human health.Disease control, ministry of health of the People's Republic of China issued"the guide of Chinese adults are overweight and obesity prevention and control of BMI greater than or equal to 24 for the limits of Chinese adults are overweight and BMI greater than or equal to 28 boundary values for obesity, male waist circumference is greater than or equal to 85 cm,female waist circumference is greater than or equal to 80 cm for the boundaries of the accumulation of abdominal fat.Now with the improvement of people's health awareness, more and more people realize that scientific exercise can keep a figure away from obesity.Regular running and other simple aerobic training, although effective, has been unable to meet the needs of people's busy work and study life, and high intensity interval training as a new popular way to lose weight has also received more and more people sought after. The research population of high-intensity interval training in China is not comprehensive, and the research on weight loss of obese college students is rare. The experiment design:the men and women were divided into high-intensity interval training group and moderate-intensity aerobic continuous exercise group. The subjects were given a 12-week period of high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity aerobic continuous exercise.Subjects underwent high-intensity interval training with an HRmaxax of85-95%intensity to complete the specified action. The subjects completed the 20s exercise with a 10s interval lasting for 20 minutes.Moderate intensity aerobic continuous exercise complete treadmill running at an intensity of 60-70%HRmax.The exercises were performed four times a week for 12 weeks.During the intervention, both groups maintained their usual dietary intake and daily physical activity.Agree to ensure that the average oxygen consumption of the two groups, through the VO2maxmax tests of each subject the bull's-eye rate under the actual level of oxygen uptake, calculate the high-intensity intermittent training every time the average oxygen consumption of sports training, and then calculate the intensity of continuous training time needed for the bull's-eye rate intensity under the female college students?male college students,on average, about 30 min,an average of about 28 min?.Through the method of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics and experiment, this paper conducts an empirical study on the weight loss of obese college students and draws the following conclusions:?1?Both high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity aerobic continuous training can reduce body fat percentage at the same oxygen consumption, but the effect of high-intensity interval training is more significant.?2?Both high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity aerobic continuous training can increase vo2 Max at the same oxygen consumption, but the effect of high-intensity interval training is more significant.?3?Both high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity aerobic continuous training can effectively reduce the body weight and BMI of the subjects at the same oxygen consumption, but there is no significant difference between the two.?4?Both high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity aerobic continuous training had significant effects on reducing waist circumference, hip circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of subjects under the same oxygen consumption, but there was no significant difference between the two.
