The Research On The Reformation Of Adult Higher Education Management System In The Perspective Of Lifelong Education

With the spread and development of the concept of lifelong education, lifelong education has attracted worldwide attention of scholars and it has already became the basic idea of education reformation that the government should follow. Adult higher education as an important part of our education system, it plays an important role in constructing a learning society and lifelong education system in our country. Therefore, it is significant to develop Chinese adult higher education. However, the development of adult higher education in China is facing various obstacles at present. Especially, the unreasonable management system is one of the important factors that bound its development. Therefore, discussing our country’s adult higher education management system reformation and innovation, in the perspective of lifelong education can help promote the development of adult higher education, perfect the lifelong education system, the construction of modern national education system.This paper analyses the reformation of adult higher education management system in the perspective of lifelong education. This paper adopts the literature analysis method, comparative study method during the process of the integrated. Firstly, this paper tries to clarify the history of adult higher education management system in China. Then it puts forward the ideas of adult higher education management system reform in our country. These ideas come from combining with the current problems existing in the adult higher education management system and drawing on the successful experience of foreign system of adult higher education management system. The author believes that the current main problems of adult higher education management system are: highly centralized government lacks of flexibility; office system defects; the cutting pattern of management, lacking of coordination between agencies, management out of control. This paper analyzes the reasons why adult higher education management system has so many problems. These reasons may include: the masses, the educational administrative departments and universities and companies lack of knowledge of adult higher education; adult higher education legal system is not sound, management lacks basis; lacking of a unified coordination mechanism. This paper argues that the reformation of adult higher education in China from the following aspects: changing concept, fully aware of the importance of adult higher education; unifying leadership and constructing the perfect management system; Transformation of government functions, The right should not self-willed; giving full play to market forces in allocating resources; playing a role of supervision by public opinion of the public, paying attention to the education intermediary organization.
