As an important part of social education for young children,the cultivation of sharing behavior is of far-reaching significance to the formation of young children's healthy personality and improvement of their moral level.At the same time,it is also conducive to close the relationship between young children and their peers and form close friendships.Although front-line educators have stated that children's sharing behaviors are being cultivated according to development goals,research has found that the educational form of sharing behaviors is too simple and superficial.So,the educational problem of sharing behavior needs to be solved urgently.Related research shows that there is a close relationship between empathy and young children's sharing behavior,which can promote the formation of young children's sharing behavior.This study uses educational experiments,measurements,and observations to explore the effects of empathy training on sharing behaviors among children 4-6 years old.The researcher selected a public kindergarten in Shenyang as the experimental garden.Two middle classes and two large classes were randomly selected.A total of 80 children aged 4-6 were selected as subjects.The researcher formed a team with preschool education experts,front-line teachers,and graduate students,Through continuous discussion and improvement to form the final empathy training program,including the empathy awareness,empathy experience,and sharing behavior enhancement phase,based on this program to conduct education training experiments,according to different content materials,step by step,once a week It was completed in three months.After the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn from the experimental data: first,empathy training can effectively promote the development of sharing behaviors among children aged 4-6 years old,and after class training,the sharing behaviors have significantly improved;4-6 years old children's sharing behaviors are different in age and gender,and will increase with the increase of children's age,and girls share more than boys;third,children's sharing consciousness and sharing behavior It is relevant,but there will be a relatively backward development of sharing behavior compared to sharing consciousness.Fourth,there is no obvious difference between sharing behavior and sharing items,and the proportion of children sharing toys and food is close.To this end,this study makes the following recommendations for kindergartens and families:first,attach importance to the cultivation of young children's sharing behaviors and make full use of educational opportunities;second,use multiple methods and methods to conduct empathy training for young children;Sharing consciousness is externalized into sharing behavior;finally,focus on role models of adults.
