In November 2018,the state council issued the opinions of the state council on deepening reform and standardizing the development of preschool education,which means that the state is paying more attention to preschool education year by year.On the one hand,the promotion of attention provides effective support and guarantee for the development of preschool education;On the other hand,it also increases the pressure of preschool education workers,so the resignation intention of preschool teachers is becoming more and more serious,and young teachers with short working hours and little work experience become the team with the strongest resignation intention and the highest resignation rate.Based on this,this paper studies the current situation of the turnover intention of young kindergarten teachers,analyzes the influencing factors of the turnover intention of young kindergarten teachers,and discusses how to coping with the turnover intention of young kindergarten teachers.On the basis of the existing research,this study sampled 22 kindergarten teachers in Nanchong city,and concluded the current situation of turnover intention of young kindergarten teachers from the comparative analysis of young teachers,non-young teachers and different groups of young teachers.According to the investigation and analysis,the turnover intention of young teachers in kindergartens is stronger than that of non-young teachers.At the same time,due to the influence of personal background factors,young teachers in private kindergartens,towns and townships,who are not qualified,under the age of 20,the length of teaching is 1-3 years and with low educational background are more likely to have turnover intention.From the intention of the intention to go to see,the performance is to be admitted to public kindergartens,to kindergartens with better conditions,no longer engaged in preschool education industry and other industries;From the influence of turnover intention,it can be seen that the turnover intention of young kindergarten teachers,on the one hand,brings difficulties to the management of kindergarten teachers,while weakening their own work enthusiasm,it also affects the working status of other teachers in the kindergarten,On the other hand,it is not conducive to the healthy growth of childrenin the kindergarten.On the basis of investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the turnover intention of young kindergarten teachers are as follows: first,the social public has a wrong understanding of the role of preschool teachers and poor welfare;Second,parents' requirements and expectations are too high;Third,the kindergarten management system is not perfect and lack of democratic and harmonious atmosphere;Fourth,the young teachers in the kindergarten work burden and work pressure;Fifth,some young teachers in kindergartens have low professional identity,weak anti-pressure ability and limited career development,and feel confused about their career prospects.Based on this,the main strategies to deal with the turnover tendency of kindergarten young teachers are as follows: first,strengthen the publicity,improve the social prestige of teachers;We will increase financial support and improve the welfare of young teachers.Second,under the cooperation of kindergarten and parents,effectively change parents' educational concept,form reasonable requirements and expectations.Third,the kindergarten needs to improve the existing management system,pay attention to the development of young teachers,establish a strong support system,so as to create a good working environment.Fourth,the kindergarten and the normal college jointly train the young teachers' educational belief and the young teachers' efforts to improve their own quality.
