| Cultivating students’ self-management ability has always been an important part of education.However,self-management ability is not innate,which needs the awakening of students’ self-management consciousness and the joint efforts of school,family,society and so on。Self-management ability can cultivate and form gradually.Based on the study of two target primary schools in H District,Tianjin,combining the theory of humanism,constructivism,this paper expends on the problem of the self-management ability of students in primary school,with the methods of research and case analysis used.The paper found that the level of self-management ability of students of intermediate grade in these two target schools is not optimistic.Differences exist between grades and schools.The study also shows that The girls’ self-management ability is better than boys’.The study further analyzes the reasons that lead to the absence of self-management among the primary students in intermediate grade: first,the intermediate grade students have a weak sense of self-management;Second,the physiological development of middle grade students will affect their self-management ability;Third,it is difficult for parents to put the willingness of increasing their children’s self-management ability into practice.Fourth,the soft environment construction that helps to cultivate the students’ self-management ability remains to be improved.Fifth,there is still a gap in the communication between the external participation in the cultivation of middle and primary school students’ self-management ability.Finally,the research believes that to improve the self-management ability of middle grade students,we need to start from the following aspects: first,we need to wake up the self-management consciousness of middle grade students;Second,we should adopt the strategy of cultivating differentiated self-management ability.Third,the family should play the positive role of the cultivation of self-management ability;Fourth,to improve the school environment of self-management ability teaching.Fifth,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the communication and cooperation about self-management ability among all parties involved. |
