Sports activities can not only improve their own immunity,promote the healthy development of people's body,but also have a positive effect on the development of people's mental health.Sports games are a form of sports activities,not only can play a role in strengthening the body,and has a high level of interest,can be suitable for most people.In the social development of our country today,the development of the cause of the disabled should be taken seriously.Disabled people are a part that we can't ignore.Only by truly paying attention to,caring for and helping the disabled,and constantly promoting the development of China's undertakings for the disabled,can we truly achieve all-round development and embody social fairness and justice.And deaf people are included in the disabled people,they are vulnerable groups in our society,but is also a member of the we can not be ignored,as a member of the society,they should be ordinary people like us to share social resources,education and enjoy their own characteristics,to better fit into society.Now constantly attaches great importance to the special education in our country,the physical education teaching is in constant development of the disabled,but is still in a relatively weak link,sports games as an important teaching method of sports teaching,not only cultivate interpersonal communication so as to adapt to society,but also can know yourself better,enhance self-efficacy,on the disabled man to be able to better fit into society has the vital significance..In this paper,30 deaf students(aged 14-16)in Zhifu special education school in Yantai city were selected as the research object,and the effects of sports games on the self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship of deaf students were studied by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and data statistics.Based on this experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Deaf and dumb students are relatively backward in interpersonal skills.Through investigation and research,it is found that due to the different communication methods,deaf and dumb students have communication barriers with others,so that they cannot deal with normal interpersonal relationship well.(2)Sports games can effectively promote the interpersonal relationship between deaf and dumb students.Sports games play a very good role in promoting the interpersonal communication of deaf and dumb students.Sports games can increase thecommunication between people and enhance the sense of teamwork,which is conducive to better adapt to the society and integrate into the society.(3)Sports games have a significant effect on improving the self-efficacy of deaf and dumb students.Through the intervention of sports games,each student can play their ability to complete the game,so that every deaf and dumb students can find their value in the collective,better understand themselves,enhance self-efficacy.(4)Sports games can well cultivate the awareness of physical exercise of deaf and dumb students.Through sports games,students can feel the fun of sports activities and become more interested in physical exercise,which can effectively promote students to take the initiative to participate in physical exercise,and continuously improve their social communication ability and promote interpersonal relationship through physical exercise.
