With the upsurge of sports dancing,people of all ages have been involved in the wave of sports dancing,from simple curricula of children's interest to professional training of sports dancing,and then to middle-aged and old people's fitness and communication.As a small part of the social group,special groups(deaf-mute students)have gradually become interested in sports dance.It is known that some deaf-mute schools have developed sports dance interest courses.In order to alleviate the monotonous learning state of sign language-demonstration-practice and avoid the inconvenience caused by the hearing language barriers of deaf-mute students in learning dance,the teaching method of "outline signal" which has been mastered skillfully in other disciplines is introduced on the basis of traditional "hand" teaching method and from the visual angle.It is important to combine it with the movement content of sports dance.This paper focuses on how to use "Outline Signal" to teach sports dance to deaf and mute children,and strives to innovate dance learning methods suitable for deaf and mute students.Then improve the physical quality,mental health level of deaf-mute students and the technical level of sports dance,so that deaf-mute students feel the beauty of sports dance art.This study starts with interviews and surveys,collects relevant information,combines with the collation of literature,focuses on the experimental method of physical dance teaching for deaf-mute students,obtains the experimental results in the form of questionnaire survey,and finally evaluates the teaching effect by subjective and objective empowerment method.The results of experiment teaching show that:1.The application of "Outline Signal" in sports dance teaching for deaf-mute students not only avoids the short board of deaf-mute students' hearing and language barriers,but also can display simple symbols and charts of complex technical actions,which are clear at a glance,easy to understand and master.Clear knowledge frame diagram can effectively shorten the length of teachers' explanation in class,and also omit repetitive explanation.They can independently review after class and preview before class,and have a stronger memory and understanding of the knowledge they have learned.2.The application of "outline signal" in sports dance teaching for deaf-mute children is superior to traditional teaching methods(visual and visual sign language),and has a positive regulatory effect on the improvement of sports dance technology for deaf-mute students.It improves the physical quality of deaf-mute children,alleviates psychological anxiety and other health problems,achieves good learning effect,and improves the level of sports dance skills of deaf-mute children.3.After a semester of dance practice,the experimental class and the control class in physical fitness indicators,the proportion of body shape more normal,core strength,ankle strength,balance,flexibility have improved.In terms of psychological quality,deaf-mute students' anxiety level for learning and life has been reduced,their mental health has tended to improve,their sense of inferiority and loneliness have been reduced,their self-confidence and enthusiasm have been significantly improved,which shows that sports dance practice can improve the physical quality of deaf-mute students and is conducive to the development of their mental health.
