It's vital to learn morality and rule of law in junior middle school from the aspect of maintaining national ideological security in the stage of compulsory education administration,implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation and adapt to the development requirements in the new era,thus promoting the junior high school students with correct world outlook,view of life,values,good moral quality,the formation and development in a strong sense of the rule of law through education and teaching,making them become ideal,moral,cultural,and discipline,so that laying the foundation for the overall development of the socialist builders and successors.However,it has emphasized passive learning in traditional teaching,which set teacher-centered with theoretical knowledge,and the teaching effect is measured by examination results.The achievement of moral education is inseparable from the practical teaching process of moral and rule of law in junior middle school.If there is no practical teaching process and only theoretical knowledge is taught to students,they will feel at a loss,unable to truly identify with ideological and political theoretical knowledge and internalize their real inner identity.Then it will be difficult to achieve the ideological and political education task of morality and rule of law in junior middle school by setting up correct values,forming good moral character and externalizing good behavior habits.Therefore,practical teaching cooperates with theoretical teaching can realize the teaching goal of moral and legal education in junior high school while acting as an important part of course teaching.In recent years,research results about practical teaching have emerged,especially the so many practical teaching of ideological and political education theory courses in colleges and universities.While the theoretical research and model innovation of practical teaching in colleges and universities are constantly developing,the exploration of practical teaching at junior middle school level,especially the research for morality and rule of law courses,is still relatively rare,and there are no diverse theoretical research results to promote junior middle school morality and rule of law teachers to carry out practical teaching in reality.The innovation of this paper is that junior high school students,as a special group,have increased self-awareness and curiosity.We propose to implement practical teaching that students enjoy,respect students' individual differences,and carry out a variety of forms of practical teaching to meet the task of cultivating a new generation of people with lofty ideals,moral integrity,good education and a strong sense of discipline.
