As the first city in the country to implement the policy of high school entrance examination in sports,Shanghai has been for more than 40 years.From experimentation,reform and development to comprehensive deepening,the Shanghai Physical Education High School Entrance Examination has achieved certain results in strengthening school physical education,improving the quality of physical education and sports activities,and enhancing the physical health of students.However,obstacles such as the low proportion of the physical education entrance examination to the total score of the senior high school entrance examination,the outdated hardware facilities of the niche examination projects,the development tendency of the school physical education "score-only theory",and the lack of professional quality of physical education teachers need to be overcome urgently.Such problems are in Fengxian,Shanghai.This is particularly evident in the development of the district sports high school entrance examination.Based on this,this paper investigates the implementation status and impact of the physical education high school entrance examination in Fengxian District junior high schools,sorts out the problems of the physical education high school entrance examination scores and changes in content,and the impact of the physical education high school entrance examination on schools,teachers and students.To optimize the paths and countermeasures of school curriculum and teacher training programs,in order to promote the program reform of the physical education entrance examination in Shanghai and even in my country,and contribute to the cause of physical education in schools in my country.Through the research,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After several reforms in the Shanghai physical education high school entrance examination,the unified examination items are more abundant and the daily assessment objects are more comprehensive,but the score and the proportion of the total score in the high school entrance examination are relatively low.1)Five more unified examination items have been added to enrich students' choices;2)Daily assessment pays more attention to the process evaluation of the entire junior high school stage;3)77.1% of the 48 cities in the country have higher scores than Shanghai;The proportion of the total score in the senior high school entrance examination is the lowest among the 19 cities in the country,accounting for only 4%.(2)The physical education entrance examination has a certain role in promoting the development of sports work in Fengxian schools,but its role is limited.1)The school can fully prepare for the high school entrance examination and offer more than 20 courses around the examination items to enrich students' daily learning;2)It can try to overcome the problem of outdated facilities and equipment in the school,and carry out more unified examination items as much as possible.However,it still cannot satisfy most teachers and students.(3)While the workload of physical education teachers in Fengxian District is increasing day by day,their personal professional quality is not enough to cope with the increasing number of physical education entrance examinations.1)It cannot provide professional guidance and help for students,and some new projects have become niche projects,which can only benefit students who are good at such specialties;2)Teachers generally choose to focus on the high school entrance examination projects for daily teaching,and put a large number of classrooms.Time is spent on the training of the senior high school entrance examination items,ignoring the cultivation of students' sports interests and habits.(4)The physical education high school entrance examination has a positive effect on students' participation in physical exercise inside and outside the classroom,physical and mental health,and skill mastery,but some students have the idea of ?? "taking the test".1)The motivation of students to participate in physical exercise is very clear,not only to exercise,but also to ensure high scores in the physical education entrance examination,and the content of the exercise is required to be interesting;2)After the students take the physical education entrance examination,the frequency and duration of extracurricular exercise vary Reduced,there is a deviation in the cognition of the sports high school entrance examination,and teachers and parents need timely guidance.In this paper,regarding the problems in the implementation of the physical education high school entrance examination in Shanghai,it is recommended to appropriately increase the score of the physical education high school entrance examination,increase the investment in the construction of school hardware facilities and teachers,standardize the daily teaching content of teachers,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' lifelong physical exercise habits.
