Today,with the continuous strengthening of the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of the world economy,the competition of comprehensive national strength is fundamentally the competition of talents.In order to comply with the development trend of the world education reform,improve the national quality and cultivate the new people of the times,our country has constructed a set of students core literacy cultivation system which meets the needs of social development in the new era.In 2017,the Ministry of Education clearly pointed out in the ordinary High School ideological and political Curriculum Standard that the core literacy of ideological and political discipline in senior high school mainly includes political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and public participation.This is closely related to the cultivation of ideal,capable and responsible newcomers of the times in our country,which shows that the work of cultivating students core literacy of ideological and political discipline in our country has entered a specific link of teaching practice.Among them,the literacy of public participation is a necessary accomplishment to cultivate the new people of the times who can undertake the great task of national rejuvenation.The level of students public literacy will be directly related to whether students can develop healthily and comprehensively,whether they can really integrate into the development and progress of society,and then grow into pillars who meet the requirements of the development of the times and are useful to society.As a compulsory course in senior high school,the ideological and political course in senior high school has a unique value in cultivating students quality of public participation.Therefore,how to rely on the ideological and political course in senior high school to cultivate students literacy of public participation and make them grow into newcomers of the times who can undertake the great task of national rejuvenation has become an important direction of research.This paper mainly studies the cultivation of public participation literacy of ideological and political course in senior high school from three aspects.In the first part,this paper discusses the important significance of cultivating students quality of public participation in the course of ideology and politics in senior high school.The cultivation of students public participation literacy in senior high school ideological and political course helps to deepen senior high school studentsunderstanding of public participation literacy;helps to enhance students ability to participate in public affairs;helps to enhance students sense of social responsibility in student affairs.In the second part,through the investigation of the current situation of public participation of senior high school students and interviews with teachers,this paper finds that the current situation of the cultivation of public participation literacy of ideological and political course in senior high school is that students are lack of knowledge of public participation.poor problem-solving ability and poor ability to participate in public affairs in an orderly manner.Then,through further analysis,the author finds out the problems in the cultivation of public participation literacy in the ideological and political class in senior high school.Teachers have a single teaching method,pay too much attention to summative evaluation,lack of coherence between theory and practice,and teachers pay too much attention to the leading role.The third part,by analyzing the causes of the problems in the ideological and political course in senior high school,puts forward some suggestions on cultivating the public participation of senior high school students in the ideological and political course in senior high school.The first is to advocate open and interactive teaching methods of discussion and situation,so as to improve students initiative in learning and enhance their practicality;the other is to improve teaching evaluation and organically combine summative evaluation with formative evaluation.give full play to the incentive and educational function of evaluation.
