Since the ministry of education recruited full-time PE postgraduate students in 2009,the shortage of PE talents in China has been alleviated,and more and more universities have begun to expand the enrollment of PE postgraduate students.At the same time,more and more sports talents have increased the total number of graduates nationwide,and also brought increasing pressure of employment competition.The employment rate of full-time college graduates is related to the quantitative index of sustainable development of colleges and universities.On the other hand,it also reflects the rise and fall of the domestic sports market.Since the formulation of the 13 th five-year plan,education departments and sports departments in all provinces have generally increased their investment in scientific research and favored sports policies,and the demand for application-oriented talents in sports has increased at the same time.Tianjin institute of physical education is a professional college which is jointly managed by the education commission of tianjin municipality and the sports bureau of tianjin municipality.Its graduates are devoted to contributing to the health of China,the strong country of physical education and the sports cause of tianjin municipality.Therefore,understanding the current employment situation of sports talents and the current social market demand,adjusting the training program with The Times,through market regulation and training,is more conducive to contribute to the sports cause of tianjin.This paper takes the employment intention and learning mode of 2016-2017 master of physical education in tianjin university of physical education as the research object,and conducts in-depth investigation,research and analysis on the employment situation of graduates of 2016 and 2017 by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interview.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The employment intention of 2016 and 2017 PE master students of tianjin institute of physical education is mainly concentrated in schools,mainly in primary and middle schools,and the employment distribution trend is gradually diversified.2.Tianjin institute of physical education,master of physical education,grade 2016 and2017,aims to be a unit with good salary,good working environment and welfare,clear development space and achievable career goals,and good environment and good pay.3.At the present stage,the factors influencing the employment intention of master of physical education include individual factors,national policies,social factors,and training units.Among them,tianjin institute of physical education in 2016 and 2017,the master of physical education believes that personal factors are the main factors affecting the employment intention.4.The learning model of tianjin institute of physical education is divided into three categories: the learning model applicable to the recruitment and examination of physical education teachers;The learning model applicable to the national civil service examination;Suitable for the police recruitment test learning mode.At the same time,the following Suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the employment guidance of postgraduates,to promote the students to change their ideas of employment;Optimize the curriculum reform and build a practical compound talent training system;Attach importance to the summary and research of training mode,and strengthen the experience exchange among students;Postgraduates themselves should improve their comprehensive quality and increase their employment competitiveness.
